Our stay was magnificent. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast is great- the best croissant I have had in Europe! And made to order coffee- cappuccino, espresso, americano- whichever you want! The views from the property are magnificent and breathtaking. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the furniture is gorgeous. We only stayed one night, but we left feeling like family. If you are ever in the area, do not hesitate to stay here!

The sea is visible from the balconies, but in the distance))) to the center of the town 5-10 minutes on foot. Large territory of the hotel, rooms ok for Europe, large balcony. In the morning, an average Italian breakfast. Without pickles, but everything is tasty and healthy. Special thanks to the Russian-speaking girl at the reception. Instant check-in (despite the fact that I booked the hotel 15 minutes before), free parking, explained everything and oriented on the ground. It was very cool! I'll be back))) but only in the off-season))))

If you are walking through the Golden Dream Hotel is the right solution. This hotel is very clean with spacious and comfortable rooms. Excellent quality/price ratio. Reward note for house cakes and breakfast served. Absolutely recommended

Soggiorno perfetto. Struttura curata e pulita. Personale gentilissimo e qualificato. La cucina ottima. Ho trovato tutto impeccabile, non poteva andare Meglio. I ragazzi dell’animazione divertentissimi e davvero super disponibili e deliziosi. Se fosse possibile dare un punteggio maggiore di 10 lo meriterebbero tutto. Consigliatissimo, per l’aria che si respira in tutti i sensi.

I found myself very good for the careful cleaning, both in the room and in the common rooms. It feels the proper smell of cleaning. The rooms are large and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is varied and satisfies both the sweet and the salad breakfast. There are solutions for those who are vegan or cheliaco. The lady who takes care of breakfast welcomes you with professionality and garbo making you feel at home. The hotel is very comfortable and is very comfortable and I think it is really exceptional for the structure itself, which it deserves, but also for the human aspect that is a considerable added value. I hope I will return this time, with my family, in the summer period.

Great hotel located in a strategic location at the beginning of the longshore and near the city centre and the museum (where you can see the famous Bronze of Riace). Breakfast is absolutely to be improved for quality and quantity of products and for too tight hours (up to 9.30 from Monday to Saturday and Sunday to 10). ****new of the reception was a great suggestion for things to do in the city and surroundings.

The hotel all in all was great. The staff were kind and accommodating. The room I booked(423) was a junior suite. But it had this funny smell when coming into the room. But it was nice and spacious and had a really expansive bathroom. We switched to the room opposite (401) and it had a great sea view. Especially love the curtains surrounding the bedroom area! And the blackout curtains were great if you want to sleep in. The bathroom in this room was not as large as the previous room but it was charming. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices. But if you want hot food you need to pay extra. The air conditioning was not up to par with what I expected. It only goes down up to 22.5 and for me that’s still warm to have a cozy night’s dream. But that’s just me. It’s near the high street and the famous gelato shop! They do have siestas so most of the shops are closed from 3-7 pm. Try the ADDUMA restaurant near the hotel. It’s fantastic! The hotel’s restaurant looks fabulous during the night. And you can go out to the terrace and enjoy the wonderful sea view with night lights lovingly encompassing the Lungomare Falcomata.

Excellent position close to beautiful via Marina with old giant trees, elegant corso Garibaldi, the Harbour hidtofoils peer to Messina and the foremost interesting archeological museums with the impressive statues of Bronzi di Riace. The rooms are spacious and clean with nice bathrooms. The location is quiet and the staff is kind and supportive. There is also a small and good restaurant to solve the needs of a quick tasty dinner. The hotel claims four star but there are some doubts because of absence e. g. of courtesy slipperies and bathrobe, the non convenient location and unavailability of electric sockets ose to the bed nor USB ports.

Suitable for self-driving tour, located on the hillside, breakfast and dinner are very good.

As an American I would compare this to Marriot Harbor beach FL or any large Miami resorts, obviously more relaxed vibe. It is beautiful, water is clear and turquoise, but might need beach shoes because of little pebbles. Just know that Italian hotels don't have irons in the rooms. You cam get drinks and food on the beach or simply eat by the outdoor restaurant. We went into tropea for dinner. Tropea is about a 15 min car ride...I would book again but for a family of 4 it was so expensive...didn't even pay that at the Fountainblue! I think for 2 people it should be reasonable. I would give 4 stars based on price but the hotel deserves 5.

Hotel consigliatissimo, stanza non grandissima ma funzionale e pulita, verde e piscina molto curati, servizio navetta per grotticelle un plus. Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero impressionante, ho pagato 180euro al giorno per due, in piena estate con mezza pensione. Buona la colazione con caffè servito dal bar, a cena primo e secondo serviti a tavola e ricco buffet. Costi lido quasi inesistente (7euro al giorno per due). Unica pecca gli altri ospiti, ho soggiornato solo quattro giorni e non sono riuscito a godermi una cena o una colazione. Sprezzante la lotta ad arruffarsi più cibo, portandosi via mezza colazione per la spiaggia, continue critiche al menu, con scambi di battute tra tavoli senza degnarsi di un po' di educazione verso gli altri. Dalle scatolette di tonno dei giorni normali al tonno e la spigola serviti dai camerieri super gentili e professionali: non sono bastati a sedare chef stellati de noi artri!

If you don't want to walk, you can call a motor taxi tick, 10 euros one trip. 3. 5 minutes from the hotel is a beautiful beach, sandy, there is a paid area with cheeslones and free, where you can come with your umbrella, see my separate review for Tropea beach about the beach. It was so much liked to us (though at the nearest and in the Capo Vaticano we were also), that no more to go anywhere, not because close, just it was for us the best beach in Tropea In the hotel quietly, quietly, guests don't interfere with each other despite that, That hotel is all 30, probably. But we had enough almost until the evening with a light snack and appetite in the day) During the day on the respiratory bar works, you can buy coffee, ice cream, water, juice, alcohol, panini with different finishes. But eating more thick will not be possible except breakfast kitchen in our trip did not cook food. But we didn't need, so many places for dinner and dinner around! In the apartments guests cooked themselves, they had a full kitchen. A small shop with the most necessary food is in walking in availability. Also we appreciated free transfer to and back to the city, conveniently, at 8 departures and 11 back. Someone lacks room, then make 2 check-in. A beautiful hotel on many options. Great location and grand Italian Villa. Our room #20 was at ground floor with private outdoor area. Reasonable standard. Other than a faulty shower rose, the room was reasonable considering its vintage. Trying to communicate ahead of arrival on where to park a car via phone was futile, and the receptionist when we got here just shrugged her shoulders when questioned why no answer, then added no value as to where we should park. We are very disappointed that we were given no help to find a parking area for our 2 day stay. Note unless you are very lucky all the free parking spaces in the area are snapped up by the locals. The paid parking nearby is at horrendous cost. We are 66 Euro out of pocket for open paid unsecured parking for two days. No help from the Hotel. They should provide at a minimum a map of where there are suitable parking, or prearrange with a parking company suitable parking spots for their guests, even if it’s an extra charge. Finally, the continental breakfast we had here is not up to standard of a 4 star hotel. Rather than a raft of cakes perhaps a greater emphasis on providing fresh fruit would be a healthier choice.

Sehr schön gelegenes, ruhiges Hotel. Super Lage direkt am Meer mit eigenem Strand, Liegen und Sonnenschirm inbegriffen. Tolles Meer. Essen super lecker und typische Italienische Gerichte. Schöne Zimmer sehr sauber und gepflegt. Einzig die Duschkabine ist durch Kalkablagerungen nicht der schönste Anblick. Aber sonst gibt es wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Personal super freundlich ganz liebe Grüße an Fario der perfekte Kellner. Freundlich und zuvorkommend und immer zur Stelle. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen.

In the memory of the 2017 experience we booked a room in this hotel. night of night. spacious room, nothing to say about the comfort of the room, but ...ci are so many but. Sweet room, strong smoke smell, old and dirty tents, covered with hard wool and infiltrated, swallowed deaths on the wall, lack of remote control in bedroom, dirty glasses and mirrors, Old bathroom with oxidated rubber and the worst thing is that in the small kitchen in a wall box there was a used and dirty glass. Vergone all this. If you have no rooms to offer, you don't accept the bookings of the people who pay! Ah breakfast...Let's lose. Miserable and poor quality. Delusionant, it is not right to treat people like this and in all this we had a baby who, being allergic to wool, has been swept all night!

This place is truly a gem! You get to be in a splendid old home, in the old part of Cosenza. Amazing floors and furniture, large rooms with heirlooms, and some interesting art. I am especially grateful to Franco and Patrizia are such gracious hosts, and helped us in so many ways, with keys, directions and an amazing breakfast that included 2 home made sweets and marmellata (jam for your toast!). I can't wait to return. I loved it.
