5 star service and prime location near everything. Breakfast Buffett is really good and staff is amazing. Parking is free and hotel is safe. Had a couples massage and wow it was great & super relaxing. Definitely staying here again when I come back to town.

This hotel has carpark. We parked the car, checked in and went for the walk along the broadway of Veracruz-Boca del Río. Everything is fine in this hotel. Just that extra edge is missing for us to give all five stars.

The receptionist was very warm and the English was good. The breakfast was served in an American style. If the breakfast buffet was charged 120 pesos, the hotel was old but clean.

Despues de que el call center me negara poder dormir en una sola habitacion con mi esposa e hijo de 4 años (qurian venderme 2 habitaciones) por lo cual tuve que pasar una mala noche en el BestWestern decidí ir personalmente al hotel y Joshimi me atendió en la recepción con una amabilidad y disposición que no vi ni en ningún otro City Express antes, encontró una habitacion para nosotros y pudimos pasar 8 dias de fin de año como lo planeamos. Pongo 4 estrellas solo gracias al servicio de Joshimi y a un chico de seguridad que no recuerdo su nombre pero siempre nos recibia con una sonrisa, pero el resto del personal no fue tan amable. La puerta del baño hacía un ruido terrible al cerrarla, pedimos que la repararan pero solo fueron a manchar de aceite la pared, por ultimo quicimos usar el gimnasio pero la caminadora no servia

This hotel is only about 15 minutes from the airport, ( cab ride is 260 pesos) and it is near everything nice, the beach, the Andamar Mall, restaurants, and shopping galore. We had a really nice view of the city and the ”malecon” from the 7th floor. our room was neat, clean, and spacious. I can still smell the clean linen sheets. Beds were big and comfortable, I slept like a rock !!! This hotel is connected with the Holiday Inn next door which is a burnt orange color. You can use their pool and facilities while wearing a plastic bracelet up until 9 pm. The breakfasts in the morning are delectable and best of all-included!!!! Great Mexican choices like chilaquiles, black beans,and lots of ”picante” sauces,mi amigo !!! The staff at the front desk always has someone who can speak English, and they are so helpful with any advice or tourist info. They got a taxi for us in less than 5 minutes for our return trip to the airport. Most of all, we felt safe and well taken care of. We would surely return.

If you are attempting a trip from the hotel to the airport I shall also warn you that many, if not all of your prospective drivers may cancel before pick-up (Uber).
