I stayed for one night at the Hotel Okapi and really enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable, the room clean, and my room had a wonderful view of the city. I ate dinner one night at the hotel. Good food and very nicely priced. The staff were all very helpful and kind. Would stay again!

The staff was friendly and helpful, even at 6:30 in the morning when we were picked up! The food in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was great. The room was comfortable as was the bed. We stayed there for 2 days before heading to Volcanoes National Park. We spent a third night when came from trekking to see the mountain gorillas. Highly recommend doing the trip this way!

I really enjoyed my stay at Martin Aviator Hotel.It's a nice place which has beautiful garden with green trees,It is opposite entrance of the Kigali international airport on the main Road heading to City center.It has big parking space.The rooms are so nice.The staff is so friendly indeed.The day is so cool over there and the night is amazing indeed.The food is so delicious.I really feel at home when I am staying at Martin Aviator Hotel.Everything is so fast and Awesome there.Martin aviator Hotel is my best choice in all my business trip in Kigali.I recommend this place to anyone else who wish to stay in the nice place and feel comfortable and safe in Kigali.

It was easy to book online, they communicated swiftly on my email inquiry, friendly and professional team and the location is great. I quite enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I got the third floor room with lovely view with a balcony. My room was pristine set up with convenient supplies including toiletry supplies, soft slippers, complimentary water and tea/coffee supplies. It was a comfortable sleep with surprisingly quiet nights considering we were smack in the heart of Kigali CBD. Breakfast had a range of options which was nice and I was so pleased the chef indulged my request for plain porridge one evening at the restaurant when I was under the weather. Love the bar/restaurant that has good vibes for sundowner and dinner. My one disappointment was the lack of an elevator so that its more accessible to more folks. But overall it is a lovely boutique hotel. All in all my stay was superb and look forward to staying there in my next visit. I highly recommend the hotel.

Truly excellent hotel. Service impeccable. Staff super helpful and friendly. Food superb. Bedrooms fantastic. On reception, special commendation for Peace Uwihirwe who was super helpful in solving problems. In the Larder, Manager Leon, fantastic also Betty and Joselyne!! Thank you and to all those I didn't mention, especially staff who service bedrooms to very high standard.

Hotel was near airport but far away from the city. Room was poorly maintained as many appliances were faulty, such as the fan and water heater, which were quickly fixed by the staff. Would not recommend if you want a fuss free stay.
