I stayed 2 nights in this hotel, the exterior design of the hotel is nice, the lobby is small, the receptionist does not speak english, the staff in general is nice but the communication with them is difficult. The room was very small, I requested one double bed room and I was given a room with 2 beds, one double and one single leading to a smaller room that you can’t move around in, I had my own pillow with me and requested a pillow cover for it, but they did not understand my request. My room was located just above the main entrance which was noisy, noise from adjacent rooms was heard too, the bed was comfortable, the TV was small, No blackout in the curtains, the AC was set on heater only which was turned on and the room was very hot when I arrived, no option for a cooler AC, and when I open the windows it is noisy. The sink cupboard door handle at the bathroom was not clean, No facial tissues available, you cannot order breakfast at the room, the only option is to eat downstairs, the breakfast food items were not special, no table service available, you have to help your self with everything. I would look for a better hotel if available during my next visit to Uzungol.

This is my second time staying at Ramada Hotel. It is a very good hotel. I dare to say that it is one of the best hotels in Trabzon in Turkey. It is a real 5-star hotel. Excellent management. It has trained personnel with excellent hospitality. I am very grateful to Mr. Berat for his sincere and respectful treatment in the reservation. And any request we have, they do it for us immediately. I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel without any hesitation

The hotel is the usual budget hotel. Cleanliness, decoration, air-condition and comfort in rooms were all good. Breakfast was average. It's 10 minutes walking to downtown Trabzon. The real plus thing that I would encourage anyone to book this hotel for is the helpful staff. Selenay is just amazing. She helped us from the beginning in booking and advised us with better rooms to suit our big number (10 family members). She did a great job organizing our daily trips (3 days in a row - 1st one to Uzungol, 2nd to Zigana / Hamiskoy / Sumela Monastery & the 3rd to Rize). The thing I'm most grateful to her for is that I forgot some valuable stuff in the room and found out after returning to Egypt. She did her best to send me my belongings by mail and it worked out after several trials. I'm very thankful to her.

nice location ( main street easy to move to all region ) ; city center 5 min walk . meydan ( the main square ) + main streets ; many shops + restaurants + coffee shops . nice reception ; lobby ; 50 rooms only ; some rooms are very small ( it's very bad feeling ) serial 107;207;307;407;507 ; bathroom is nice with all amenities ; rooms are clean ; airconditioned ; breakfast is ok ( the same items every day !! ) it's not usual for turkish hospitality !! staff are nice ; polite well english speaking ; the very bad surprise was the hotel manager ; ( the worst hotel manager i met in my career 25 years as travel agent ). i don't how she is manager !!?? bad value for money . never go back to this hotel .

The positive aspects of this hotel, where I stayed for one night, are; the rooms are clean, spacious, the balcony view is beautiful, the breakfast is available, there is a parking lot. As for the negative aspects, the employees are uninterested, I am not welcome. The customers are mostly Arab and the subject I am uncomfortable with is 1 bag of garbage in front of every door, even in the apartment. There is a clock, these guests leave whatever they find in front of the door. The children are constantly running, crying, punching the door in the corridor, morning and night, but the hotel management does not warn.

The hills of the hills are apart from the hills, sea and hill view, water air clean, owners and employees are very close to life, always near them. The location is close to the bus station. It is very convenient whether you take a minibus to the city center or take a long-distance bus to other cities. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk to a large shopping mall. The hotel has a lift, the facilities are clean, and the room has enough space for two suitcases. The manager Zafar was very gracious and offered to assist. On the day of check-in, we arrived early by an early flight, and they tried their best to arrange the room, and took us to the restaurant to rest first. The fly in the ointment is that the hotel is located in the center of the vehicle yard, in the middle of a busy traffic hub. If you are driving by yourself, you are likely to encounter congestion. Be careful when entering and exiting the parking lot.

We had a great time The staff were so friendly and helpful, it was social, and we met some amazing people during our stay.
