I got there and I had to wait at least 30 minutes before I was able to get my room something was going on with the computers owner he accommodated me instead of me paying the $56 that I have previously paid he end up charging me just $38 and that was good but when I got in there it was roaches crawling around food was off in the bathtub food within the refrigerator drug heads with steady knocking on my door maybe feel uncomfortable but for the price it was worth it you couldn't ask for anything more they had a big deep swimming pool no water was in it I wish the pool was working but if they had no lottery on their property their property would be much much better but because there's a lot of lottery and drugs going on then it makes it hard and it makes the people that stay there sometimes scared especially if you're new to the state of Arkansas but overall for the price between 30 and 50 bucks the sheets were clean the towels were clean
Avid Hotel Fayetteville West

Ahmed greeted us and, from that moment on, we taken care of in a warm, caring, professional manner. When we travel back to Fayetteville, we will want to stay at Avid hotel, and we hope that Ahmed will still be on your staff. The remainder of your staff, down the the person, was also warm and friendly, regardless of their task/s or time-of-day! The grab-n-go breakfast had a great variety and the anytime coffee is a must. The room was perfect, clean, well cared for and the beds were GREAT! *Trip Type - we were in town to attend a Larkin Poe concert at George's Majestic Lounge **Maybe add a trip type of ”Pleasure”

I travel 2 of 4 weeks each month on business. From check in to checkout this property exceeded my expectations and I am a bit of a business class connoisseur. I like to get the maximum value for the least cash outlay. My business partners and I will more certainly return.

Not a big fan of the Emergency vehicle sirens all night long, but I wouldn't imagine that they could just pick up and move a 10 story building.................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

This is the most magnificent hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying at! The property itself is gorgeous, our large room was perfect, and the bed was so very comfortable with the most fluffy pillows! We ate at the Capital Grill and while the portions were rather small, it did leave room for dessert which was delicious. Breakfast in the One Eleven restaurant was superb both mornings. We were able to watch the 4th of July fireworks from the porch of the hotel. A great experience! Compared to similar priced hotels, the Capital Hotel was head and shoulders above and exceeded my expectations both in comfort and value. You have to stay here if in Little Rock! I know I will again.
Hampton Inn by Hilton Fort Smith
4.5/5100 Reviews
This place was by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Fort Smith. I would recommend it to anybody for a night out or a family stay, they have hot breakfast which was biscuits and gravy sausage patties make your own waffles and eggs as well as a bunch of other things you could get that was complimentary. Also they have an indoor pool and work out area as well. And the service at the front desk was awesome by far the nicest people I've ever met at a hotel for sure.
Tru by Hilton Little Rock West

It was a good stay. We usually stop here on our way to Kentucky and back. However, this time while looking for a nice hot cup of tea- the selection was Poot and the water was cold. We also tried to make Mac and cheese and the microwave didn’t work very well. We pushed 2:30 minutes and it came up 4:00 mins. It was a little off putting. The shower door leaked onto the floor as well. The good part- they were friendly and the room was clean.
The Burgundy Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

We only stayed here for one night recently. I’ll start by saying that the hotel has a great location. It feels safe. We checked in via app with no issues. Prior to checking in, Clarence stayed in touch with us and even made a courtesy call. I can appreciate that. The hotel’s decor was very nice and the layout of the suite was very nice. It has great space. Traveling as a family, we need space. Upon entering the room though, we noticed multiple stains on the couch. We had an appointment immediately after check-in so I wasn’t able to complete my full inspection. When we returned, we wanted to go straight to bed. We had a double room so I did a quick check over one bed and the other I didn’t inspect so well. In the middle of the night, we noticed stains on the second bed. The stains were on the pillows too. It looked like hair dye but who knows. There’s no way the cleaning staff could have missed these stains. Very disappointing. The room was showing signs of wear and tear, but not too bad to complain about. I will say that the front desk staff was nice and accommodating. My main concerns about hotels are safety and cleanliness. It’s the oversight of the cleanliness of the bed that impacted the rating. Would I stay here again, not sure. It may not be my first choice, but I can’t say that it wouldn’t happen.
Aloft Rogers-Bentonville

Was forced from our home at 1:45 am May 27 2024 by a tornado that destroyed our home. Aloft was the only hotel with electricity because they had a generator. Told them what happened and they gave us a room for a special rate of $96+ taxes per night but the rate goes up in a couple of days but again, they'll try to help us out. The rate went to $160+taxes the next day. Thenon the 8th night the rate went to $180+taxes and were told we had to move out because the hotel was booked for an even higher rate than we were paying! The girl at the front desk never even attempted to help us find another room or show any sympathy for my wife or me, both traumatized senior citizens me disabled. We stayed 8 nights and they only cleaned our room 3 times. We had to track down the only 2 maid in the hotel for clean towels and TP! No one from Marriott corp. OR Aloft cared we are victims of a declared national disaster who just lost everything they owned! They didn't care they just seen a money making situation. The hotel is 10 years past needing renovation. Carpets are disgusting, broken shower. Tv didn't work had to.change rooms after 4 trips to the front desk because no one ever answered the phone. Paint in main reception area and elevators is pealing and hanging is strips. $15 for 4oz pack of cookies $4 for child size bag of chips etc. I give Marriott corp. And Aloft hotels an F- for their lack of care about the community they're profiting on and their greed and lack or leadership.
