This hotel is quite new so everything is in good condition at the moment. The room - a deluxe king - was large with a big window. The bed was comfortable, firm but not hard, it was very quiet & the aircon was silent. The bathroom was good with a large walk-in shower cubicle & all the usual items provided. The WiFi worked very well. The buffet breakfast was extensive but geared to Asian tastes, there was no black tea & bacon was cut into small pieces & mixed with vegetables. The Chef station provided omelettes, fried eggs, eel soup & pho. The hotel is very close to the airport & there is a bus stop close by on both sides of the road & numerous taxis. Vinh is a very nice town with the river, parks & lakes & several places of historical & scenic interest outside the town. There are numerous authentic Vietnamese eating places close to the hotel. On the down side amazingly there was no drawer space in the bedroom, though there was plenty of room, not even a shelf in the large wardrobe. There were small drawers in the bedside tables & these had to suffice. The in-room safe was on the floor of the wardrobe making it difficult to access for elderly & impossible for disabled people. On occasion I could smell cigarette smoke from people smoking in the corridor but this was our fault as we hadn't asked for a non-smoking area. The hotel is a long way from the town centre, it is possible to walk it but not recommended if the weather is very hot & humid.

Except for the facilities, it is within the city. Although the hotel is old, the rooms are clean. I wanted to use a wired LAN other than Wi-Fi, but there was none. Room internet is slow Staff are friendly. Especially the people who clean the rooms are very friendly.

I could say the customer service in the hotel is excellent, nothing to complain. The reason: - I have some problems with VAT invoice because I am not sure VAT tariff for some commodities ( either 8% or 10% ) that makes discrepancy between Sales invoice and VAT invoice and more than my expectation, Finance staff comes to work earlier and fix for me the document right away. -Facilities in the room are very good and nice, thanks for that. -Breakfast buffet is diversity with local foods. The facilities are a bit old, the floor is low, and it feels a bit closed. The advantage is that there are many restaurants nearby the city center. In addition to traditional restaurants and coffee shops, there are also Western fast food such as pizza, Kentucky Fried Chicken, and Western pastry bakeries. Turn right after exiting the hotel. There is a Kebab Torik chain store about 1 meter away. The shawarma is very delicious. A portion costs 18 to 30 thousand VND, which is only about NT$25 to 40, or about 6 to 10 RMB. There are dozens of clothing stores and sneaker stores nearby; it is about ten minutes' walk from Ho Chi Minh Square, where local people gather for ice skating and square dancing. There is a food mall Vinh Center next to it.

It depends on what you looking for. If you want a hotel for just one night, no atmosphere, basic bathroom and low price, this is your place. But if you look for something better, there are other options. Hotels in Vinh are extremely cheap so even if you book a 4- or 5-star hotel, you pay a very low price. During my stay the price here was € 17 and the 5-star would cost €24 per room/night. Here you have a bathroom which is flooded when you take a shower (shower is in the middle of the bathroom. Breakfast has Asian options and at reception English is limited. Make your choice :-)

The hotel environment is very beautiful. You can choose from sea view rooms or villas. The location is a little out of the way, but it will get lively soon. The room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is rich. I am currently staying in the off-season, so the hotel is quiet!

The location is quite convenient, near the train station and opposite the station market, located in the center of convenient transportation One point is that Nghe An is too hot, but the air conditioner is strong and weak, like the battery is dead without changing :(

The room is ok but with a 4-star standard, I don't think I came, the air conditioner is old, a bit noisy. The reception is mostly happy, but there is a receptionist named Tam (female) who is very uncomfortable, talking to guests very rudely, doing the service should not recruit such receptionists, too unprofessional compared to Muong Thanh brand. Only the one located near the place I travel on business, so I chose it. If I travel next time, I will not book this place.

Beautiful location, located between two major tourist destinations of Vietnam: Ninh Binh and Phong Nha. The room has beautiful natural scenery, each tea hill is surrounded by a lake. Farmstay is located in the middle of a tea hill, surrounded by a lake. Quiet space. Clean rooms, friendly owner. Because it is located in the middle of mountains and forests, there were a lot of mosquitoes on a rainy day.
