Stayed 7 nights on a package deal. Apparently opened not long before covid and reopened a year ago. Modern luxury place right on beach. Consists of modern reasonable size hotel type rooms plus separate villas of various sizes. Spacious high end foyer area welcomes you as does helpful efficient staff. Beautiful well designed and maintained garden areas. Long pool area consisting of 4 separate pools including a couple for toddlers and small children lead down to beach front. Nice grassy shaded beach area set up right on beach which is patrolled by resort lifeguards. Restaurant has excellent food and service and there is a separate bistro next to pool with a reduced menu. Package deals including meals have a set menu with reduced offerings that does get a bit repetitive after 7 days. Strangely they combine the vegetarian and gluten free menu, so all gluten free offerings are vegetarian however the kitchen will amend other dishes to gluten free dishes if possible. The place is comparatively pricey for Vietnam. The hotel is almost in the middle between Danang & Hoian town centres, about 200k dong each way to both by grab (local uber) or 300k by taxi, which leads to my only issue with this place. They offer 3 daily shuttles to Danang,( return 115k dong) but if it's busy they don't run the shuttle and won't run if only one booking, so you can't rely on it. The clothes storage in the rooms for an extended stay is also a bit awkward. Overall very pleasant stay in a high end place with well trained efficient and friendly staff Shoutout to Hoa and Ninh in the restaurant who should be managers there by the time we hopefully can return.

The Grand Sunrise Palace (Hoi An) is a wonderful hotel that provides outstanding service. Lily was one of the first people to greet us when we arrived and provided information regarding attractions, restaurants, and taxi bookings. Lily consistently checked in with us to make sure our experience at the Grand Sunrise Palace was going well (it was splendid). Days later into our journey, the staff at Grand Sunrise Palace alerted my partner and I that we had left valuables behind in our room. At the time we were boarding a plane to another destination with no plausible way of returning to the Grand Sunrise Palace. We were immediately notified by staff and Lily contacted us to provide solutions. Lily proceeded to go above and beyond to make sure that our valuables would be returned. Lily went out of her way to commute to other locations (with valuables in hand), contacted our next hotel and proceeded to plan the logistics of returning our valuables. This is outstanding customer service that is unfathomable. Lily and her colleagues truly look out for their guests and provide exceptional customer service that goes beyond any expectations. Both of us thank Lily and her team at Grand Sunrise Palace!

We stayed here for a couple of nights, as a family. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. The pool (a bit small but understandable given the location) was very refreshing after a long day of walk. The hotel offers great service for the guests - we were able to book a tour for the following day, and we managed to do this after 9 PM in the evening - the service at the reception was impeccable! Breakfast is all that one would need - recommend to try the specialty coffees (egg coffee, coconut coffee, salted coffee). They come extra but they are SO good! The place is walking distance from the river and this gets very animated in the evenings. All in all, great stay and highly recommended.

It was so clean and the service was good! The staff were friendly and nice !! Especially so ny was the best! The best advantage is that you can solve everything in the resort! The facilities were so clean and clean ㅎㅎ Even if I didn't ask for it, the staff took care of what I needed and healed so comfortably. The swimming pool was so good and it was nice to be able to do a spa !! It was the best hostel I stayed in Vietnam! I would recommend it to those who want to relax comfortably ~~

An excellent and a very comfortable hotel, situated on the banks of the river with most of the rooms leading to a riverfront view. They also provide free bicycles and buggy shuttles to the old town. The rooms were neat and very comfortable with the balcony overlooking the river. The staffs are the ones who make this hotel very special, very friendly and more than just being helpful, they made sure we returned safely back to the hotel by providing the buggy even though it was late. The breakfast was fabulous too, they had both continental and local Vietnamese cuisine as well along with fruits, eggs, yogurt, etc. Overall the it was a pleasant stay and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

My trip lasted 2 days but I had an unforgettable trip. I am very impressed with Felicia, Lucy, Kelmy for their good service. Felicia has supported us so much during my time here. The new hotel is just across the bridge from the old town. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Because it is separated by a bridge, the hotel is relatively quiet. The hardware facilities are clean and tidy, and the staff are kind and helpful. There are also bicycles for free rental, and you can experience the beauty of the ancient city from different angles.

It is the perfect oasis within the busy town of Hoi An. It is a perfect mix of superb style, nice pool and a extremely friendly staff. Its location is also very good - close to the center but just distant enough to be quiet. If you looking for a place to stay in Hoi An: Maison Vy!

It was great from the moment they opened the car door for us to the time they put us in the car with our driver. The welcome lemon drink was delicious and the customer service was great, Especially from Hien. Hien was really kind to us on our stay, great example of excellent service. Room was ok. No strange smell. Basic travel disposable provided. Water pressure great. AC working well. Pool is at back of hotel, provided some privacy Vs those that have the pool right outside. Great for chilling in the hot weather. Overall nice place. Free bicycle provided to roam around. Near the happening area, within walking distance but not too near so can have a quiet rest at night. Staffs are friendly and offered help proactively.

I had a very pleasant stay at Son Trang. It’s a small hotel (12 rooms) which is clean and well located. Five minutes walk to the ancient centre or the river. There is no pool or breakfast here. Wi-Fi was very fast, room decorated nicely , bed comfortable. The best thing about the place is the excellent staff who are friendly and helpful at all times. I would highly recommend it. Great value for money.

AMAAAZING My 12 year old wanted to write the review 😊: La siesta is an amazing mini resort that has four swimming pools. I loved how I had a choice in what kind of pool to swim in, for example an infinity pool or a shallower one. The juices and drinks are all very refreshing. There was two restaurants, one with western food and another with Vietnamese food. All was delicious. The staff are all super polite and friendly and you receive some refreshing welcome drinks as you are checking in. The hotel looked stunning and is stunning. And even though it is close to a main road all sound is unheard. Me and my family rode some bikes into town which is not that far away. La siesta is so good that we have decided to return after 2 days! I would highly recommend La siesta if you would like a relaxing holiday by the pool side or sitting having a beer. Vi our welcome advisor was amazing as were all the staff in the restaurant and the gentleman who helped us with our luggage.

I didn't take many pictures, so I don't have any. It was my first trip to Da Nang and my girlfriend really wanted me, so I made a reservation here. But first of all, I'm a man and I'm not the type to write reviews. Nevertheless, this is why I write it like this! First of all, I'm really satisfied. If I had to point out any regrets or shortcomings, it would be that the location is a bit far away, so taxi fares are a bit high, and the soundproofing of the doors is a bit disappointing. Other than this, there really isn't anything. I never write reviews because they are annoying, but I was treated so well and the response was quick. I felt like they were letting me know every day that I was a truly valuable guest. If I come to Da Nang, I want to come again. First of all, the hotel massage is okay. If you go to the sauna right after the massage, you will be truly happy. The breakfast was delicious and I was really happy.

Really beautiful resort! Exceeded my expectations. Breakfast buffet was really good, I was honestly impressed. I wish the bar and convenience store took card, but the fact that there was even a 7/11 there was great. Was about 15 mins away from old town which was around 35000+ dong by grab bike. Pool and beach were beautiful. Rooms were clean and looked like pictures. Friends also had a great time, would visit again!

Very clean, comfortable environment, staff with very good attitude, There is also a washing machine, which is very convenient. You can stay for a few days without any problem. In addition, it is about 15 minutes' drive from the city, which is very convenient.

I had an amazing time at this new property. They have two gorgeous pools where I enjoyed with my son. One of them is an infinity pool with a jacuzzi! We had some tasty pizza and fresh pineapple juice by the pool. The hotel staff is extremely nice and helpful...special mention to Ms Hien (or Hun) Vy at the reception. I was traveling alone with my son and she made my entire stay super smooth. She arranged the complimentary tour to Old Town...ensured my cab to airport was booked. I will definitely return here for a longer stay.

Compared with the Four Seasons Hotel where I have stayed before and nearby luxury hotels such as the InterContinental Da Nang, the basic room rate of the Four Seasons Hotel in Hoi An is as high as about US$800, but it does not provide corresponding value and experience. In this price range, expect a luxurious experience, however, Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An seems to have fallen short of those expectations. Firstly, the interior design and decoration of the rooms and public areas at Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An are decidedly less refined and impressive compared to nearby luxury hotels. While other luxury hotels often stand out for their unique architecture, exquisite artwork and sophisticated interior design, Four Seasons' design seems relatively bland and lacks personality. It even felt a bit mediocre, too hard, and not like the style of the Four Seasons at all. This prevents guests from experiencing true luxury and taste within the hotel. In addition, the quality and variety of breakfast at the Four Seasons Hotel are clearly inferior to those of surrounding luxury hotels. Other hotels in similar price brackets often offer more breakfast options and higher-quality cuisine as well as tranquil spaces. Guests often expect to experience unique cuisine at breakfast, but Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An failed to deliver this experience. All things considered, the Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An may not be the smartest choice for guests willing to pay a premium for a luxury experience. While nearby luxury hotels (Aman Nha Trang, InterContinental Da Nang, Regent Phu Quoc, etc.) offer a more refined and unique experience in a similar price range, Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An fails to live up to that standard. Therefore, I feel that the price of Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An is not worth paying. Of course, the hotel swimming pool and beach are very beautiful, but I personally think these two points are the only ones worth experiencing. It is better to just eat a coconut.

Breakfast is very good! The service staff is very welcoming and knows a little Chinese. The hotel location is a golf course and the environment is very beautiful and clean. It is a bit far from the city, about 10 kilometers, but it is convenient to rent a motorcycle for 2 kilometers.

I always stay well. The room is separate and there is a washing machine. It was comfortable~~ However, there was some hair in the bathroom. Cleanliness was a bit disappointing!

It was nice that it was next to a golf course, so I could rest and play without having to travel, and the reception was friendly, so I had a satisfying time. Next time I go to Da Nang or Hoi An in Vietnam, it will definitely be Hoiana.

Our family consists of two couples and 05 children. The first feeling when coming here is the fresh air, spacious reception space and enthusiastic staff, along with soft drinks and towels. Fully furnished bedrooms, large rooms for large families; all rooms have a panoramic view of the swimming pool. The swimming pool is large and there is a pool specifically for children. The evening space is really cozy. and romantic with a dining table set up near the swimming pool. From the hotel you will go to My Son Sanctuary - World Cultural Heritage with about 3km.
