تم الحجز لديهم وعند الوصول قامو باعطائى غرفه قديمه فى مبنى قديم وبعيد عن المبنى الرئيسى بحجة ان المبنى الرئسيى لايتوفر فيه غرفه رغم اننى حجزت قبل بيوم وكان بامكانهم تجهيز غرفتى مسبقا
وافادو ان هناك قروب اجنبي ملاء الفندق
رغم اننى اتصلت واوضحت للزملاء الموظفين اننى متعبه واريد غرفه جاهزه وقريبه ولو تكون هاندى كاب افضل او عالاقل قريبه من المصعد وفنفس المبنى الرئسي ولكنهم تجاهلو طلبي
والغرفه التى قدمت لى للاسف كانت متسخه جدا ومغبره والمكيت قديم ومتسخ والمكيف متسخ جدا ومغبر وكانت ليله تعيسه
وكان هدا المبنى قديم وغير مجدد وسي جدا
صور الفندق فالتطبيق مخالفه تماما للواقع
ارجو منكم كفريق تريب كوم المصداقيه والتحقق من الفندق والواقع قبل وضع الصور فالتطبيق

I made a reservation for 3 people including a friend. Since there were only two beds, we asked the reception to set up an extra bed and they responded immediately. Although the location is not great as it is far from the center of Cairo and Giza, the cleanliness and food were excellent.

Although a little dated, the hotel is very clean, the rooms are a very good size & I was lucky to have a room with a great view of the golf course.
The service was impeccable & I can't fault the staff, who were all very friendly & efficient.
The breakfast buffet is nothing other than superb the variety & choice excellent.
The heated outdoor swimming pool was a very nice place to chill.
The Spa I used only once but had a relaxing massage & again the staff here very professional.
Overall a fantastic stay - thanks 😊
