Staff are so nice, landscape is amazing, rooms are ok but needs more refurbishing as contents are getting old and needs maintenance.. overall I enjoyed it.

Terrible service on reception, I book online for my son and his wife i give them a copy of both passport and marriage certificate and they say why they from different country and they refuse my son and his wife to stay in the hotel then I went to another hotel, much better and they accept to stay.
movenpick cairo very bad service on reception, never ever book on the hotel😩

The hotel looks good and is well maintained, with spacious grounds and spacious rooms. My room was already a little tired/dated. The majority of the hotel staff were pleasant, though the operation felt a little chaotic and some staff on reception especially lacked high-end customer service skills that you would expect from a 5 star.

The rooms are not well maintained. My room's balcony door lock was not working so it was unsafe always. I booked a King size bed but got double beds.
They charge for the car parking but you don't find a space.
Food is very average.
