Swiss Inn Pyramids Golf Resort Reviews

The room is very dilapidated, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the room, and the corridors are not soundproof. I booked the wrong time before and told Ctrip many times a week in advance that I want to change the check-in time, but to no avail! Until the day I checked into the hotel, the front desk promised a free replacement. When I called Ctrip, I didn't believe the hotel staff I asked in front of their voice, and asked the manager in charge of the front desk to sign what I wrote twice to prove that it was sent to Ctrip! After receiving it, Ctrip called at 11:00 noon and said that it is possible to change it, but the middleman asked to charge 50 US dollars. Since I was already on the way to Siwa that day, didn’t I say it was free? Ctrip's customer service said that you wait for my message and he will help me fight with the middleman. I have been full of hope, but I did not expect to receive a call at 8 o'clock in the evening saying that your hotel cannot be changed, and the money cannot be refunded! I called to complain, and later I found out that it was the middleman and Ctrip who sent an email saying that the payment must be changed before 12:30, otherwise it will be cancelled, but Ctrip didn't tell me the news, which caused me to lose one night's hotel expenses! Ctrip's customer service argued that it was because I did not agree to pay the fifty dollars, and I said that you have a recording. What did I say that I disagreed with? When did you tell me to pay the money immediately? Failure to pay will be cancelled! I'm just dissatisfied why I have to pay fifty dollars for free, it's not that I don't agree to pay fifty dollars! Where can I spend this little money to stay in a five-star hotel for one night? Ctrip said that this is a cognitive problem, and dissatisfaction means disagreement. It is my problem to delay the time and not pay the money! I don't know what happened to Ctrip's customer service over the years? The quality is too low, and it is obviously unreasonable to argue!

As a freelancer engineer working on several international projects in the USA and EU, I stayed in a lot 5 stars or even 7 stars hotels in different countries. This has been my first experience with Swiss Inn and I must say that this hotel is by a clear mile one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I cannot really express my impressiveness and appreciation to the staff and services provided. Everything was great from day 1 and I cannot be happier. The GM, Mr Tamer, approached me twice asking if I need anything. The check in experience with the receptionists was outstanding. And Yasmina from the guest relationship department proactively called me to ask if everything is fine. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and will definitely use their services again and again. What can we say the resort was well above our expectations The staff members are excellent and respectful … nothing too much trouble for them The rooms are spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. Shower was very powerful and hot The food was amazing … so much choice …. Desserts were out of this world Staff in restaurant areas very attentive but respectful of your privacy as well There is great attention to detail throughout the hotel and in the grounds itself Didn’t have time to sample the pool due to busy itinerary but it looked very inviting and exceptionally clean We haven’t got anything bad to say about this hotel it was an exceptional experience and would have no hesitation in returning Thank you to everyone for your hospitality

Where to begin? It's excellent. As soon as we arrived they greeted us with smiles, warmth and a welcome drink of much needed ice cold fruit juice. Our rooms were spacious, the wifi easy to log on to and free. The staff are all pleasant and helpful and smiley. Everyone is friendly and welcoming actually. The rooms are wonderfully air conditioner which you can control. And for you early morning yoga enthusiasts there plenty of open lush green grass to do your "earthing/grounding" yoga stuff on before the day gets too hot. The food is EXCELLENT 👌👌👌. They feed you well here. So much choice and variety for both veg and non veg alike It's colourfull, healthy and plentisome. Breakfast and dinner alike. But the desert is to die for. So much sweet goodness. For lunch you can order club sandwiches or burgers or soups.and whatnot at the bar, all made fairly quickly, delivered with politeness and a smile. And the portions are big. I haven't tried the local wine (Egypt brews it's own red/white and rose) but I've been told it's great. It's located in Giza district not too far from any major attractions/historical sites. It's all very safe and secure, so no need to worry about that stuff. To top it off, after a long day on excursions taking in the sights and culture, after a lovely filling dinner, you can cozy up on the outdoor couches and sofas, sipping on your drink with the warm breeze on your face watching a film on the outdoor Cinema they have near reception. Last night we watched Fury and tonight we watched King Kong. They also play Arabic films and TV shows too. Everyone's there. The outdoor Cinema seems to be popular, before you hit the hay and sleep. This is my last night and I'm already missing it. I highly strongly recommend this establishment. You won't be disappointed. Well worth it 👍❤️👌👌👌

Loved the stay. The staff were amazing and they were very helpful also the rooms were clean which is very important. Even the location is really nice it overlooks the golf which makes all rooms have a great view. I would definitely revisit again

Nice hotel, the staff were very helpful. The level of service was very good with access to a good amount of amenities . No complaints about the overall service as everyone I met went to good lengths to help. The restaurant offers a wide range of cuisine that is all well presented. A good place to make a visit.
