酒店服務太貼心了，約了客户早上十點在酒店開會，還可以免費從早餐廳自己取用茶水咖啡點心水果等；午飯後回到酒店休息一下等着到機場，還繼續提供免費的茶水；地理位置非常好，步行到海邊和市中心都很近；早餐也蠻豐富的；

This is one of the best hotel experiences I have had in a very long time. The staff is very friendly (receptionists, cleaning staff, morning buffet). It was a welcoming atmosphere. The morning buffet is very nice and orderly. I can recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a nice stay in Aalborg close to the city centre.

One of my worst hotel experiences ever.  Looked good when we entered the reception, but when we opened the door to the hotel room.  What a smell, smelled old and mouldy.  Lots of stains on the carpet and coach.  Bathroom so small you could hardly turn around.  View from the window was just into a wall two meters away.  Breakfast there was no Avila my seats, we ended up in the lobby next to the entrance.  We really thought about changing hotel even if we had prepaid.  So my advice.  STAY CLEAR of this hotel.  moved.

Breakfast is mainly at the West Point, ending at 10 o'clock, good, bread, milk, coffee, fruit, less meat, but it is also comfortable to eat less meat in the morning.
