Prime Resort in an original Mexican Hacienda built originally about 400 years ago. The place was used to produce Sisal fibres of plants. The old machinery, including a steam engine, are still there to be seen during some free tours. Hotel rooms are first class, very high rooms, incredible spacy with warm interior out of an expensive country style design catalogue. Worth a longer stroll is the extensive garden around the property and the pool/SPA area which offers good views to the Hacienda’s buildings and the old Sisal production machines. The true burner, however, is the Restaurant which offers a good selection of local foods as good as it is only availabe in CDMX best restaurants. Also very positive are the motivated people working there.

Seen better days
The place has seen better days and it does not deserve the price they are asking. Rooms are spacious but seems not to have been touched since 2007. Pool chairs are falling apart and restaurant offering hasn’t seen much innovation since 2007. Overall they are asking 5 star prices for a 3 star experience.

Bonito lugar
En general, el lugar, la habitación, el ambiente y la comida estuvieron excelentes. Solamente nos vamos con una impresión no tan grata sobre un miembro del personal del restaurante, ya que fuimos a cenar y nos percatamos de que había cierta diferencia en el trato a huéspedes extranjeros y a nosotras mexicanas. Vimos que a ellos no se les exigía tener el cubrebocas colocado en áreas comunes y donde se debería utilizar, así como la atención y amabilidad que no se dió por igual. Esperemos que en próximas visitas se pueda tratar por igual a extranjeros como a mexicanos.

Memorable estancia en Hacienda Temozón
Excelente hotel en general con personal muy agradable y bien capacitado. Sería bueno que el agua de la alberca estuviera climatizada con calefacción solar igual que el servicio de agua caliente de los cuartos. El servicio en general es excelente. La comodidad de las habitaciones es excepcional pero los acabados pueden mejorar, respetando las características arquitectónicas de la Hacienda.
El restaurante ofrece excelentes opciones de alimentos y muy buen servicio a precios razonables.
El precio de la estancia por noche es alto tomando en cuenta el nivel de lujo y servicios ofrecidos, en comparación con otras haciendas y hoteles del mismo nivel.
Concluyendo, regresaría a hospedarme con mucho gusto a la Hacienda Temozón.

Un lugar increíble con mucha historia, el personal de todas las áreas muy amable, la comida riquísima excelentemente presentada, la habitación muy espaciosa, limpia y con todas las amenidades que pudieras necesitar. Totalmente recomendable !!!

L’hôtel est une magnifique hacienda, très bien restaurée, les chambres (et la literie) sont confortables, quoiqu’un peu vides (car très grandes). Bons repas (très copieux), et superbe piscine. Un (très) gros bémol, surtout sensible à la piscine et dans la terrasse où se prennent les repas : omniprésence de moustiques et la présence de taons. Rien n’est fait pour les éloigner, et cela devient vite très pénible
