Arrivati e trovato subito una ottima accoglienza, sembra di stare in una famiglia. Personale sempre con il sorriso e battuta pronta . Cibo e servizio eccellente. Hotel in fase di ristrutturazione ma molto confortevole. Ottime serate danzanti con buona animazione. Camere sempre pulite e spazzole. Piscine accomodanti e rilassanti . Qualità prezzo più che ottimo e soddisfacente. Da prendere in considerazione seriamente

Sono stata in qst Hotel insieme alla mia famiglia per passare un week end di tranquillità, mi sono trovata veramente bene, tutto il personale e il direttore sono molto disponibili ed educati, pronti ad esaudire qualsiasi desiderio. L' hotel è grande, da poco ristrutturato, le camere sono spaziose, molto belle e dotate di ogni comfort. La piscina interna termale è molto grande, e dall'interno si può accedere anche alla piscina termale esterna che si affaccia su un bellissimo parco. Pranzo e cena con porzioni abbondanti, si mangia veramente bene! Cè anche un centro Spa e benessere dove si può usufruire di diverse trattamenti (a pagamento),io ho fatto la fangoterapia che consiglio vivamente. Volendo comunque ci sono veramente tanti trattamenti da fare si ha l'imbarazzo della scelta 😅. Ah dimenticavo nell'hotel c'è il wi-fi gratuito e cosa molto importante per chi come me ha animali...anche loro sono i ben venuti!!! 😍. Consiglio questo Hotel per chi ha voglia di evadere dalla solita routine, per chi cerca un momento di tranquillità e benessere. Io ci tornerò di sicuro!!! 🤗🤗🤗

We were there a couple of weeks ago and had a great time, initial impressions were varied, we did arrive at 2230 and the bar was closed but the room was big, clean and quite impressive. The food was really brilliant, my wife has coeliac and Luigi was fabulous in understanding her requirements (gluten free pasta was great; also knowing what puddings she couldn't have). The dinner menu was incredible, 3 courses not including a salad bar; the half board deal included 1x glass of red wine, they re-filled at no extra cost and the wine was lovely, and i'm a bit fussy! Train to Venice was no problem and included in the deal, including tickets purchased by Gianluca and the team, drop off and collection at local train station. Loved the thermal pool, really good for the mind and body, great for a refresh. My advice would be see beyond the hotel that they are trying to renovate and look at the sensitivity of the staff, the chef's efforts with the cuisine and there is a wonderful trip that awaits you - for the deal we had on TravelZoo I would recommend it 100%. thanks to the staff for a wonderful 4 days, Wayne and Ali

Il mio soggiorno in questo hotel è stato davvero piacevole. Mi sono rilassata, sono stata coccolata e mi sono sentita in famiglia. Piscina non affollata dove puoi veramente stare tranquillo e rilassarti nell'acqua termale senza nessuno stress. Stanza con balcone al sole molto confortevole e cena ottima ho mangiato benissimo. Personale gentile oltre ad un ottimo raporto qualità prezzo. Ci tornerò di sicuro.

È la seconda volta che vengo qui e mi sono trovata bene...il personale è molto gentile e disponibile inoltre per qualsiasi esigenza sono sempre disponibili per cercare di risolvere qualsiasi situazione... la struttura è in fase di ristrutturazione quindi bisogna avere un po' di pazienza ma io auguro alla direzione una ripresa alla grande perché se lo meritano... grazie di tutto

Anche se l'hotel e in ristrutturazione gli elementi x far star benissimo una famiglia a tutta la mia gratitudine.Dalla colazione al pranzo e cena un servizio impeccabile e del cibo molto appagamte. Che dire del direttore Gianluca.... il gigante buono sa tenere a suo agio il cliente e consigliare ciò che ha bisogno.Jenny,conosciuta poco x via del suo attaccamento e professionalità alla reception ha sempre saputo accontentarmi.La camera era spazziosa e pulita,letti comodi e spaziosi.La piscina molto grande e l'acqua caldissima fa si che anche solo per un giorno torni a casa rilassato e appagato.Grazie Hotel Gran Torino

L'hotel è in fase di ristrutturazione,ma il personale è molto cordiale e attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Fanno di tutto per non farti percepire la situazione attuale. Tornerò sicuramente e Vi auguro di far risplendere questo posto. Grazie

Just returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel. Had the loveliest time. Super location - just a short distance from the larger cities of Venice,Verona and Padua. Staff were friendly and service was excellent. Food was great, drink prices very reasonable and we made very good use of the outdoor thermal pool. Spacious, clean rooms. Hotel may be a little dated but was made up for by the warmth and hospitality of the staff.

Hotel sempre piacevole da soggiornre Erano anni che era chiuso e ci ha dato molta felicita rivederlo aperto Una volta entrati siamo stati accolti con una gentilezza di alta qualita e professionalita' dalla ragazza e dal Direttore resi subito disponibili ad illustrarci e esaudure le nostre domande Abbiamo deciso di fermarci e soggiornare per due notti Direi che le camere sono ampie e confortevoli Servizzi e pulizie con lenzuola e asciugamani puliti profumati e soffici Cucina da 5 stelle ottima e abbondante piscine enorimi e pulite unica pecca qualche infiltrazione sul tetto merita di ritornarci e consigliato vivamente Ringrazziamo infinitamente il Direttore Gianluca per la gentilezza e PROFESSIONALITA'
