Excellent solution from the quality of the room, perfect cleanliness, to the thermal pool. The quality breakfast but within the norm of a 5S. The solution has a large, very convenient internal car park. The staff at the reception is professional and ready to help the customer with his requests.

E' la quarta volta che veniamo e ogni volta è sempre bellissimo e rilassante: gentilezza del personale, ristorante (scelta e qualità), arredo e pulizia camera e struttura hotel, il tutto a 5 stelle più che meritate. Invece per la zona termale ed il personale addetto 5 stelle sono poche. Le uniche piccolissime critiche: un po' troppo caldo in camera (solo il primo giorno, perché poi spengo il termostato) , il letto sarebbe perfetto con un topper più morbido, la mattina a colazione c'è un po' di confusione perché il banco buffet non è grandissimo (ma gentilezza personale e qualità cibo ottima). Mia moglie celiaca viene seguita sempre con grande scrupolo dal personale addetto e vive questa vacanza sempre senza pensieri. Continueremo a ritornare.

Abbiamo soggiornato più volte in questa prestigiosa struttura e sempre abbiamo potuto godere dei suoi ottimi servizi, della gentilezza del personale coordinato da una efficiente direzione. Personalmente ci rivedremo presto e consigliamo vivamente l’Hotel Première a chi sta pensando di soggiornarvi.

E' la seconda volta che torno e l'esperienza rimane assolutamente positiva per struttura, servizi, cortesia. Anche la qualità del cibo è adeguata a un cinque stelle. Le piscine sono di facile accesso e non c'è sovraffollamento negli spazi comuni.
