Hotel is very well located..unfortunately gave me the room with a view of the coast (works at 7:30 in the morning, disaster) and view of the trash cans downstairs (((Reseption managed by Omar.
In addition I warned that my stay was linked to my birthday!! yes, our staff very attentive and professional (bar, restaurant, doctor, masseur)
The swimming pool area is good..

Мы отдыхали в отеле Abano Grand Hotel с 14 по 28 января 2025 года. С уверенностью можно сказать, что отель, уровень обслуживания и предоставляемые услуги превзошли наши ожидания. Внутреннее убранство отеля поражает своей изысканностью: антикварная мебель, ковры, картины, великолепные люстры и светильники. У нас был стандартный номер с балконом, размер номера приятно удивил ( очень просторный), в ванной комнате есть ванна и душевая кабина. Косметические принадлежности были хорошего качества и пополнялись регулярно. Уборка номера проводилась 2 раза в день ( перед завтраком и перед сном), спасибо горничным за идеальную работу. Завтрак в отеле был замечательный: выбор различных сыров и ветчины, разнообразная выпечка, салаты, фрукты, свежевыжатые соки, можно заказать кашу, омлет или яичницу. Несколько раз мы ужинали в отеле. Впечатлило убранство ресторана, профессиональное обслуживание официантов и конечно вкусно приготовленная еда. Отдых был просто замечательным, большое спасибо администраторам Александре и Татьяне, которые помогали в решении многих вопросов, всегда были внимательны и приветливы. Большое спасибо официантке Кристине, которая обслуживала нас в ресторане. Спасибо всему коллективу отеля за высокий уровень обслуживания! Отель Abano Grand Hotel вне конкуренции! Обязательно вернемся сюда снова!

Siamo tornati per l'ennesima volta in questo hotel di Abano dove ci siamo sentiti coccolati sin dall'arrivo della prima volta. Il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile a partire dal direttore Giuseppe Rocca sempre pronto a cercare di venire incontro alle esigenze dei clienti. Buffet abbondanti e di gran varietà, portate di qualità. Servizio in sala molto efficiente e area termale sempre molto pulita e curata. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare nuovamente a fine febbraio e porteremo una coppia di amici che abbiamo incuriositi con i nostri racconti tutti in positivo. Grazie e a prestissimo!

Dei vari hotel di Abano secondo me il Gran Hotel è quello che realmente merita le stelle che ha. Piscine calde e pulite, una spa funzionale, ambienti curati e staff cordiale. Molto gentile anche il direttore che ci ha personalmente accompagnati alla camera e dato le informazioni necessarie. La stanza è amplia e funzionale. Unica pecca che mi sento di evidenziare e che francamente fa scocciare per la modalità più che per il prezzo, in sé anche onesto: pagare 8 euro il parcheggio interno, avendo fuori e gratuitamente forse 10/15 parcheggi, è abbastanza fuori luogo per un 5*L. Specialmente contando che uno in hotel deve parcheggiare per pernottare e lascia già diversi soldi. Vero che sulla mail viene scritto, ma con 10 parcheggi esterni gratuiti la vedo dura che qualcuno non sia costretto ad usufruire di questo extra. A parte ciò consiglio la struttura!
