Abbiamo avuto un cofanetto regalo di 2 giorni, abbiamo prenotato in questo hotel per puro caso, abbiamo aggiunto una giornata per un totale di 3 giorni. Devo dire che l'esperienza è stata più che soddisfacente, tutto perfetto, nessuna sbavatura, dalla pulizia all'organizzazione generale dell'Hotel. l'hanno prossimo torneremo di sicuro, prezzi adeguati all'offerta, lo consiglio a tutti.

Hotel un po' datato ma molto pulito,estrema gentilezza e professionalità del personale tutto,belle le piscine con acqua termale e camera molto spaziosa e con cabina armadio.ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e molto bene il ristorante con piatti ben presentati, alcuni davvero molto buoni,al top la tartare al modo dello chef,se ci penso mi viene ancora l acquolina in bocca, così come il dolce al limone,qualcosa di strepitoso.Ora le noti dolenti ma credo facilmente rimediabili con un po' di buona volonta':brioches a colazione immangiabili sembravano di gomma,zona saune priva di qualsiasi tipo di tisana ma solo acqua del rubinetto,inoltre x un hotel a quattro stelle direi che una confezione di doccia shampoo da 40 ml a persona sia davvero triste. I lettini in piscina non andrebbero occupati x l intera giornata con asciugamani senza poi essere veramente utilizzati,ci vorrebbe più educazione da parte dei clienti ma anche un po' più di controllo da parte del personale addetto alle piscine.

Ho trovato il posto molto confortevole e pulito i sevizi top! Stanze pulite e belle lunico neo (pero e una cosa personale) il letto nella junior suite era troppo morbido per i miei gusti per il resto lo consiglio vivamente!!

Soggiornato in questo bellissimo hotel con rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato.Ottima pulizia,piscine molto belle,colazione super con vista giardino,cena gourmet da 4 stelle,centro SPA bellissimo ( eccezionale massaggio fatto da Monica),accoglienza con personale gentilissimo(noi abbiamo trovato una sorridente e preparatissima Giorgia).Un paio di appunti ,ero in una camera ( consapevole) non ristrutturata che ha un impianto elettrico obsoleto e la vasca al posto della doccia( la tenda di plastica no comment).Vi consiglio camera Savoia.Tornero' sicuramente perché sono stata benissimo.FIDATEVI
