We stayed in the hotel after attending a wedding. What a lovely place!! The owner and staff were very welcoming and friendly. They organised a taxi, offering us a lift if we got stuck, nothing was too much trouble. The room was immaculate and comfy. With all the facilities available. We will definitely stay there again.

Lovely place. Really good food. Comfortable beds. A good atmosphere and lovely staff. Very helpful. Booked 4 nights unfortunately had to leave after 2 nights ( personal) but will definitely come back again. Very well situated . A sort but pleasant memory.

We popped in today for lunch and so glad we did. The whole meal was faultless and spoilt for choose on the menu! The service was also very good, the place clean and tidy. They also sell craft beer from a local brewery which was also good. Our big draw was the bar was friendly. Would go again when next in town.

We had dinner here one night and it was first class. We had an excellent meal and the service was great. The hotel and restaurant has had a massive makeover this year and it looks lovely now and they certainly have some good chefs. Well worth a visit. It's quite a large restaurant so plenty of covers but the staff never left you waiting and service was always friendly and helpful.

Looking for a quick pit stop lunch whilst passing through Aberaeron. Stumbled across The Feathers by accident and pleased we did. Served quickly with flat bread sandwiches, presented well with coleslaw and fries. Along with 2 drinks for £25, really good value. Five star rating includes the manager’s background music choice. Well done The Feathers, Going One Step Beyond.

This review is for the bar/restaurant only. We live nearby and want to support local business so we came for lunch. There were lots of options on the menu which can sometimes be worrying. One of us ordered the seafood paella. At £22 we were hoping for something special. Sadly that was not the case. This was a pre packed portion and whilst the seafood was flavoursome , 5 mussels and 3 prawns doesn’t represent value for money. The other chose bang bang chicken with sriracha mayonnaise. Bang bang and sriracha suggests spicy. This was bland, flavourless and without spice. The accompanying fries were cold.

We spent a lovely weekend at the Royal Feathers hotel where we were attending a 50th birthday party. Large comfortable rooms. attentive and very friendly staff, great service, great food, a wide range of drinks. A nice outside area at the front of the hotel for drinks in the sunshine and a very good venue for a party with a large separate function room.

We had lunch. It was nice but the staff were terribly badly dressed. Man at bar was in loudly coloured rugby shirt and person who brought the food was in too short shorts, thick, hairy legs and trainers. Please smarten yourselves up. It looked very unprofessional. Long trousers and a proper, smarter shirt or polo shirt, please. I noticed this is supposed to be 5 star. You need to maintain certain standards in all aspects.

What a lovely place, all staff extremely helpful, Ray and his family run it. Food was the best iv had in a long time. It was lunch time, I had the lobster, my husband had the seafood stew, we weren't disappointed. Hope to return, and maybe stay at hotel.
