I took a room with two beds $65, the sheet on one was dirty. In the morning there is a puddle of water by the bed as the air conditioner is leaking. Staff ok

Please read the reviews. The people that are saying that this property is awful are absolutely right. When I arrived my room was not ready and I arrived an hour late. This looks more like a motel.

Upon checkout, I had a friendly and professional conversation with the Owner Uresh.
I presented my feedback letter ✉️ and he asked if I can show him the room. I said of course and then we went over every point that I wrote down 📝

Stayed 2 wks Feb 2023/Single Traveler.
Convenient location just off the I95 ramp, this is a basic accommodation, Many amenities close by to inlude: Various eateries, gas, car rental, shopping, Target, Shop Rite, Dollar Stores, pharmacy, Tractor Supply, drycleaners, laundrymat, UPS pack & ship, hair & nail salons. Room was certainly decent enough for the price, and cost much less than other area lodging. Staff and mgt were helpful at all times. Housekeeping was good during my stay. Breakfast was simple w/ limited offerings, yet adequate given the price point. I didn't experience any issues with noise or otherwise.
Would I stay again? Yes. Based on my recent stay, this was a reasonably priced, decent budget accomodation. I felt it was worth what I paid and would have no qualms about returning.
