Could of done better…door 3 didn’t have room number right at the entry for which way to go to find our room, we had to go all over to search for ours to find out it’s upstair.
Ice machine wasn’t even working…breakfast there was no eggs, French toast and all that at 8am when we came out for breakfast!!! I looked around and everybody else had them and there was none left at 8am and it didn’t looked like they were gonna make more so me and my kid had to go back to the room hungry. Otherwise it was a nice place though

There was a high school girls sports event in town, the hotel was full and was quite noisy, so noisy it was not possible to listen to TV inside the room at times. I called the desk and nothing material changed. I raised the issue with management after my stay, they acknowledged it, took responsibility and issued a healthy credit. Not happy about the noise which degraded the value and my experience, but they handled it correctly and to my satisfaction. Resturant and staff are superb.

I was in town for my niece’s wedding and reception which was in this hotel, When we checked in the lady was very rude. Also we booked a kind suite with a hot tub and got put into a double queen and were told our room was switched on their side and no reason why. When we checked into our room it smelled like cat/dog pee very bad. They ran an ionizer in it for us, so we could be in it, which made us use the public restroom to get ready to go out and I could barely stay in there long enough to get ready because it was so dirty and smelled so bad. Once we got back to our room later in the evening it still smelled like pee, so the next morning we went to Walmart and bought some pet deodorizer for the next day. Also our closet door wasn’t attached to the hinges. And we had no shampoo in the bathroom. I stay at this hotel at least once a year for the Aberdeen Open pool tournament, and I have never had a problem like this before. This room wasn’t the only room that had problems. I could go on for days taking about this. I am not impressed at all…

It was a great hotel room for sure very clean and spacious. Only issues are parking lot full of pot holes to which my car did not like. Also pool was left very dirty as there was fruit in it from a birthday party I am assuming. Which also wish we would’ve been told there was going to be a pool party as we wished to use it but it was full all day until 10 pm to which there was no pool towels left. But all in all great stay!

Great staff, nice room, very clean. The bar said they served food until 20, but ehen we went to eat around 7, they were closed. We had to drive downtown to eat.
