Clean room in a good location at a reasonable price. Right next to the maritime museum with many restaurants nearby. This was a good property and I would recommend this place.

The air conditioner in the room was broken. Instead of changing the room, they gave me a heater which was very noisy.

Easy check in process, reception staff were very good at explaining all aspects of the Hotel.

This property has kept a high standard since the 80’s with staff just as friendly and helpful as always, the location is ideal for town. The only enduring reservation is sound travels between rooms and corridor readily so hope for quiet neighbours. Very good.

Lovely, helpful staff and a clean room with all the usual hotel provisions.
The Hotel is convenient for the main street, cinemas, theatres, art galleries etc. Close to the docks which we had a view of as requested.
