This was our third stay at this hotel in the last three years as usual the rooms and staff were great but we were sadly let down with our breakfasts we had to get our breakfasts reheated three time as it was only warm and not hot one morning we had scrambled egg and it resembled a chopped up omelette and very dry we got the impression that the breakfasts were not freshly cooked.

Popped in for my weekly , wow when it's good it's good but when you get it wrong , it's wrong , No pickle in burger , doesn't mean serve it with pickle wait for me to notice , how do you deal with it , take it to the kitchen remove the pickle then reserve I COULD HAVE REMOVED IT MYSEL. Here's a word for you ALLERGIES , can I upgrade to cheese and bacon on fries , doesn't mean I want chips ,

We stayed for a night and had dinner so the review is for both experiences. The staff at check in were very helpful and the room was comfortable albeit as it was situated right by the door into the restaurant/bar area, we were disturbed by the door banging quite a lot. The 5 rating is mainly for the food in the restaurant. The servers were friendly but a little slow and not too attentive. We had to wait a while for the bill at the end of the meal. The food was amazing, however, we had the chicken skewer and the salmon and both were beautifully presented and delicious. We also shared a cookie dough dessert that was yummy too!!! Really good value. Loved the food.

1st class service. Staff were very friendly and obliging. The meal was lovely. The chips and curry sauce are a must ! Lovely substantial breakfast in the morning. We will definitely be back A lovely relaxed evening enjoyed with our friends

Great welcome by Lauren. Very attentive and polite. Great service by all staff nice cosy atmosphere with good deals on food . Would definitely recommend and return in the future. Just a quick visit after a long drive . Food was tasty and cooked to perfection

Lunch at the Wellington Hotel Meal was fantastic, was cooked as requested (we are a bit fussy) but waitress had taken a note of our requests. Waitress explained the specials which helped us as I wasn't sure what I wanted at the time. She Came back to check everything was okay and it was all spot on. Big shout out to our server Becky, her service was fantastic very professional. Will be returning in the near future
