Very clean, quiet hotel with very friendly staff. Parking full and too small but cheap paying public parking opposite. Very nice and affordable full breakfast.

I was there visiting a friend in hospital The outside looks shabby and dated but the room was what I wanted and it was nice and quiet Down side for me was the food at breakfast wasn’t very enjoyable, I wasn’t told about food throughout the rest of the day I stayed previously at an ING hotel on Chappel St that was terrible and will go back to the Premier Inn for my next visit

Stayed here for 3 nights with my daughter. The beds were comfy. Shower was excellent. It was very clean. TV had a good amount of channels. Excellent Wi-fi signal. Plenty storage and hangers. Excellent location in the centre of Aberdeen. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food. Evening meal had a good choice at a reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again..

If you want a super comfy bed & excellent night sleep in a location less than 10 mins from the railway station then this is the place for you. Self check in not the easiest & whole check in process not user friendly at all, i prefer speaking to a human being on check in.

I did not stay in this hotel so cannot say anything about it. However, my review is about the customer service I received on 8 June from Alisha. I needed some assistance from a staff member regarding my booking in a different Premier Inn hotel. Alisha not only helped me with my problem but later that day called me to confirm. I can call this a great customer service. Well done. If only half of staff there are so helpfull, you will be in good hands. 10/10

Non conoscevo la catena Premier INN presente in Scozia. Devo dire che è stata veramente una scelta azzeccata sia a livello economico che per i comfort e per la rapidità del check in e out. In questo caso la posizione non era proprio vicino rispetto ai centro di Aberdeen da visitare. Comodi i materassi e i cuscini, premier inn sposa la cultura del buon riposo! Top
