Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Lovely breakfast. House was very clean and orderly. Nice relaxing stay in a quiet area. Parking not an issue. Shop and pub within walking distance. Tranquil area, would stay again. Staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough to assist us in our stay.

What can we say?! Great hosts, great location tucked away with plenty of parking and a secluded garden. Lovely large room with really bed, we stayed the Venice room. Food excellent, all cooked from scratch. Nothing too much trouble, we’ll be back! 😊

Outstanding quality property with a luxuriously appointed room (Hemmingway) and fantastic hosts Stewart & Susan. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent and plentiful and our overall experience was everything we could have wished for!

Stayed here for one night on way to family get together in North Wales. The hotel is set in a rural area of the A5 so is within easy reach of all tourist areas. Service,food , accommodation were excellent,and hosts very attentive. I would most likely use again and would recommend for couples or small groups
