Clean property and lovely staff. However there is 0 sound proofing at all. You can hear loud conversations and other things you wish you didn't!

Seafront hotel with sea view room. Warm welcome, helpful staff, good breakfast, excellent views. The bedroom was comfortable and exactly what we wanted.

This Hotel room was good, clean and very useable. Extremely adequate is a word I would use or 'It was what it said with no tins invloved!'. I would definitely consider staying here again. It suited me, especially considering the last minute booking.
