The hotel is quiet, near the lake and the mountains. It is a summer resort in summer and off-season in winter. The room is large and grand. A fruit tray is provided. The front desk English is not very good, but very friendly. The restaurant on the 5th floor is moderately priced and the dishes taste very good. It is recommended to have more sockets in the room. Everything else is perfect. First choice for business trips

One of the largest and oldest luxury hotels in Abha. The furniture is old, but it has been long time since I stayed their so I'm not sure if it has been renewed. We went their for a business meetings, and the sittings and arrangements were very professional.

Very disappointing - the hotel, rooms, dining (dinner and breakfast) we're all just tired and dated. Don't get caught out by the marketing hype about room views - front ('lake') or back ('mountains') is a marketing exaggeration. The gardens were locked and I had to get 'special permission' from the hotel ops director to walk around it for 10 minutes. What really upset me is the tourist advice at reception was non-existent - fortunately I met a very friendly Uber driver who became my tour guide for my 2 day visit. Overall very expensive for very little 🥺

The hotel is located slightly far from the city and so offers seclusion and privacy. It is near the cable car station. So you can travel easily to the city using it. It also offers great views over the Abha dam and lake especially from the roof top restaurant.
