I have to say I was pleasantly surprised, this hotel is located in Cocody off a busy street . It’s a new establishment and service is quite good . The food was well made and they muddled through my broken French while I placed my order , there are a few English speaking staff so it wasn’t all bad . The room is a fair size and there was space for my stuff and more . I didn’t get a chair in my room but my colleague did . All in all it’s an affordable great place and worth a second trip.

My fourth time there and I ( and I am sure the entire delegation) was pleasantly surprised at the menu for the whole week! I am glad positive criticism is still well appreciated these days and used to boost performance and customers' satisfaction. I truly had the taste of the land and the feel at home experience this time. True value for money with extremely respectful and resourceful personnel in a cosy and modern environment. I will definitely recommend this place.

It's a serene and comfortable place for anyone who wants to stay close to business areas and destinations. I particularly liked the interior design in the room and the setting. The room numbering, however, is confusing, and a visitor has to go to the reception area to access the toilet for public use when there should be toilets for each floor

I stayed there because my usual hotels were all taken during the Africa Cup of Nations. This place was overpriced given the rooms and the overall experience, but given the context I can forgive that.
However, the Wifi is not very good in the rooms. There was an access point just 5m away from my room but it still regularly stopped working, making even basic video or audio calls difficult at times. The food was a big disappointment in terms of quality, esp. for the very high price asked, and I ended up going to the multiple kabob places nearby almost every night. The lunch buffet was decent though.
Service varied significantly. I had a good experience overall but my colleague didn't, so a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms are pretty loud, I could hear people talking in the hallway and in the rooms next door really well.
Overall, it's OK but the quality/price ratio just isn't there IMO.

The courtesy, respect and availability of the staff stood out to me without forgetting the cleanliness of the place but I insist the staff are magnificent, especially the receptionists.
