Some of the people here are great, others are simply terrible. Hotel didn't have standard room ready 30 min before check-in, and would not allow us to use the pool despite having 2 kids and being long time members of the Marriott brand.
It's a new hotel so everyone is on edge, but they should err on the side of BETTER service and not on following rules.
Also they encouraged us to use the pool on our first stay, then later told us we had to leave because the water was green and there might be dangerous chemicals. 😂 Management here needs work.
Finally the king rooms are Tokyo-airport level small. If you're an American traveler you might not enjoy the space-capsule like feel.
