Lovely and charming hotel. We stayed in the Parlor King Suite. Meticulously clean, with many thoughtful touches. The host has really thought of everything you could possibly need. Unfortunately I only got about 5 hours of sleep before our early morning flight, but the setting and bed was so peaceful, it felt as though I'd slept much longer! Soaking tub was not quite deep enough to cover me at 5'8" (overflow drain prevented this), but I enjoyed it nonetheless. The shower was also heavenly; great water pressure and it stayed HOT. Exhaust fan in the bathroom isn't very powerful, so it does get a bit foggy and humid. Nearly all of the lights are dimmable, and the HVAC is remote controlled. The vanity was an unexpected addition! Only recommendation would be better lighting, as it didn't have any illumination or magnification for applying makeup; I had to use the bathroom mirror for this. I wish we had more time to enjoy the rocking chairs on the porch, and the fountain in the back yard. My only regret is not booking more than one night. 🤣

This hotel was extremely clean, comfortable, and its location is perfect. Our only complaint is that the tile floors in the bathroom along with those in the shower are extremely slippery, more so than anywhere we’ve previously stayed. We were so afraid we’d fall that we didn’t even take showers. Please install grab bars in the shower. Also, there was a beautiful cheval mirror but it needs to be adjusted to be functional. Also, the light switches were difficult to understand. We actually got so tired standing trying to figure out how they work that we had to pull up a chair while we played around with them. We finally got the lights turned off so we could go to bed.

This charming house is divided into 5 apartments. It is located on the Tammany Trace. Brooks Bikes will rent bikes to you that are at this hotel. Several great places to eat are within a very short walk. The apartment I had was on the second floor where there was a wrap around balcony. Lots of areas to sit outside on the balcony and downstairs in the garden. Plenty of free parking also. I will stay here again.

Spectacular. Clean. Great parking. So close to the square and brewery and Abita Springs Cafe. We enjoyed being able to easily get to the attractions we wanted to visit. Had Coffee on front porch early. I could not believe how pretty the azaleas were!!!!! Just an amazing experience! Would love to come back on a market weekend!!!!

What a gem! From the heavenly mattress and bedding to the smart, stylish design, this boutique hotel is a winner! Sparkling clean too. With amenities like a Bluetooth speaker, fridge and microwave, everything is thoughtfully curated. Location is ideal for exploring the area and parking is super convenient. Great value too!

Our daughters wedding! We booked the house!! All the rooms! Greatest crew of staff from Dawn to Shawna to cleaning staff!! It was a magical place that was like a secret garden.. Room were huge, top decor, smashing comfortable beds! Location great walks to so much!! There will be a repeat visit for sure. Beyond a 10!!

Abita Springs hotel was everything I wanted and more. It's gorgeous, clean and comfortable! Located on Tammany trace bike trail and offers 2 complimentary bikes that my husband and I enjoyed riding. Amazing restaurants within walking distance. It's quaint and the garden view from our room was stunning. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay. Love the look and feel of this old place. Had all that we needed. Fridge for leftovers and microwave to heat them up. We were a little sad the ice machine was out of order, but stores near by. Walking distance to great eats. Hope to stay again.

Abita Springs Hotel is more like a B&B without the breakfast. Porch and gardens have an old New Orleans feel and provide a great place to hang out with friends. Room was clean but not opulent. Bathroom shower has no handrail and no matt so be careful when you take a shower. Could use a bigger table in the bathroom and lighting in the bedroom is hard to figure out. The beds in room 3 are only full size so if you and your significant other are big people you will need to sleep in separate beds which are provided in this room. Beds though small are comfortable. There is no smart phone plug-in so be sure to bring your electrical adapter. It's a short walk to the Abita Springs Cafe where you can get a great breakfast. Overall it's an OK place to consider.
