Hotel customer services top notch startup g from the reception the checking was smooth and swift even when I want to upgrade to premium room it wasn't stressful at all and olayinka at the reservations did my booking,the housekeeper are doing absolutely great my rooms always properly cleaned.i recommended the services more Vera at the lounge very impressive and resourceful resourceful, light guest service center and Easter from the resurant.Henry also I thank you all.

Generally a good stay. Staff were helpful, good location and clean room. Breakfast was great too. Wish there was a fridge in the room. Also couldn’t reserve via the whatsap contact provided as they took a long time getting back and I had to book myself online on trip.com but otherwise a pleasant stay and I would certainly stay there again

Not bad, the hotel security is good, relatively safe, breakfast is rich, lunch and dinner, the restaurant can order, and the taste is also very good. There is a supermarket not far from the hotel where you can buy water, eat and use, and everything is complete. Toiletries are from L'Occitane. I was a little dissatisfied, because I needed to catch a flight early in the morning on the day of departure, and told the front desk whether breakfast could be packed, and the front desk could reply to the restaurant 1 hour in advance. Who knew to go to the restaurant the next day and was told not to because it was not time yet ... a little helpless. Overall pretty good.

We had another great stay at Nordic. We will always stay here when coming to Abuja. The staff go above and beyond to ensure we have everything we need not just in the hotel but also in Abuja. The hotel is spotless and constantly cleaned, and the room is very comfortable. The hotel has a wonderful staff of drivers who are available when we need them and guide us around the city. The hotel is really nice in general and so spacious. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were hospitable. The bathroom and while environment were clean.
