Poor facilities, poor service level, poor catering, completely unworthy of the price.

The hotel services were good.Staff were courteous and security personnel were up and doing.The food served were variety of dishes and was well prepared. The rooms were comfortable and well organised.The ambience is nice.Overall the services were good.

Awesome! The Hotel's security is wonderful and the staffers hospitable and accommodating. I would love to visit again, if I am opportune. The meals are sumptuous and the overall environment is serene, exotic and invitingly beautiful to say the least.

Condusive environment with excellent service.Thee staff were well behaved with their smart uniforms. The security system is perfect with high respect to the customer. The hotel environment is serene, that is kudos to the cleaners & the management. They have zero tolerance to dust & dirtiness.

I loved the jazz music playing in the hallways, it was soothing. The hotel felt calm and serene, the staffs were respectful, and some of the meals on their buffet spread were nice. I was a bit skeptical though about the staffs letting up my friend so easily from the reception, without confirming from me.

The staff, food, and the receptionist were all good I will recommend people looking for a hotel in Abuja to take a look at Johnwood hotel by Bolton in Wuse. I have personally enjoyed every day that I have spent there. I will definitely go back if I have the chance. Room no 419 give a breathtaking view of Abuja city at night.

Johnwood Hotel is a state-of-the-art facility where aesthetics meet with an all-round welfare excellence. It is really difficult to point out something that's off. Everything is just on point. It's an experience I'll like to have over and over again.

The standard of JohnWood Hotel by Bolton is topnotch as the environment says it all, the rooms are well equipped with free WiFi. The cleanliness of the room is amazing. The food is super tasty especially the breakfast. The meeting Hall is very good and comfortable with steady power supply.

The hotel has a lovely ambience and the staff are welcoming. My family and I have visited severally and we all loved the experience. My last trip, I stayed solo and the lady at the reception asked about my kids - which I thought was a nice touch. The rooms are large and the amenities comfortable. There’s always a delicious breakfast spread with lots to choose from both continental and local dishes. It’s always a pleasure to visit Johnwood in Abuja.

Johnwood Hotel by Bolton is a newish hotel that is well located. The staff are pleasant and responsive. The restaurant serves tasty food and a full breakfast. The rooms are clean, with all amenities. The only problem was the location of ACs that blow cold air to the guest directly on the bed. The biggest negative issue about the hotel was the awful WIFI that was linked to the TV. It was so bad that I did not watch TV for the 3 days I Stayed. Other than the WIFI, I fully recommend the hotel.

Friendly staff, nuce room, all facilities are functioning like TV, swimming pool, gym equipment and there is a hair dryer in the room too. I enjoyed the amazing breakfast and lunch with a good variety of dishes and same for the lunch. Only small issue was the mini fridge that does not cool.
