Mirador Acapulco

Unfortunately, the rooms are not as advertised. I think it was due to our particular circumstances that we stayed in rooms on the first level.... But everything was very good in terms of service and cleanliness ☺️

The buffet is excellent, it's the only thing I can fully recommend, because the food in the restaurant is terrible and even more so they keep you waiting for 2 hours to be served, I don't know if it's because of the season, luck or they always have this type of problem but the hotel was left without electricity for 2 days, and the room I had didn't work, the screen that leads to the terrace which at night made a very bad noise with the banging of the air and didn't let you sleep, when you request a room change to a better one they deny it, but they do allow it to other tenants, they should improve that since as a tourist what you want is to avoid having a bad time.

環境：沒的説，周邊的海景是真漂亮！ 設施：是真老舊，也沒電梯，沒洗漱用品，房間內很老舊也很不隔音，過道上、隔壁間説話都聽的清清楚楚！ 服務：是真一般，但是有一説一：酒店的早餐很好吃，衹是要繳費才能用餐，還是很值得！

Es un fraude, me robaron mi dinero, me vendieron una habitación que no tenían disponible y ahora no me quieren devolver mi dinero. Tuvimos que dormir en la calle, iba con 3 menores de edad. Una situación de riesgo y muy lamentable. No recomiendo la app ni el hotel. Ambos robaron.
