The hot spring water, with its high pH of 9.7, was excellent for making skin smooth and providing a moisturizing effect. I would love to use it again.

All the staff are cheerful and smile attentive, providing courteous service. I stayed multiple nights, and they served different meals on the first and second nights. The baths were especially great, with long bath times and a sauna, so I went in multiple times each day. It just so happened to coincide with my birthday, and when they found out during dinner, they offered me a complimentary half-bottle of local wine. It's been a while since I've come across such a wonderful inn filled with hospitality.

The food is old-fashioned Japanese, and although it doesn't taste bad, it's not that enjoyable. The room is a newly renovated Western-style room and is clean. However, there are no USB outlets, so it's not very digitally compatible.

This is a long-established hot spring hotel with a very comfortable outdoor hot spring and a cave hot spring. I stayed in a tatami room, which was generally okay. The package included one night's stay and two meals, but it didn't suit Chinese tastes.

The portion sizes and the attentiveness of the staff were excellent. I was very satisfied. I had a wonderful time from the start of the New Year. Thank you very much. I will definitely use your services again.

The hotel offers a set menu with two meals included in one night's stay. The hot spring has several indoor and outdoor pools with excellent water quality. The hotel also has parking with ample spaces available.

I really love hot spring inns like these in small places. As soon as I told the staff where I wanted to go, they arranged a car to take me there. The little boy's smile is so adorable. There's a Kannon Bodhisattva in the open-air bath. Sitting in the bath at night, I admired the full moon. Although the sky was filled with stars, it was too bright. I could only vaguely see some. At night, I strolled along the banks of the Achi River, listening to the rushing water and gazing at the dim yellow lights of the inns. At the foot of the mountain, I could see the Big Dipper with the moon behind me. It's a little inconvenient to get to from Tokyo, but the crowds are less and the experience is better. I'll wait for a chance to go stargazing in winter.

The hotel is bigger than expected, with special cave hot springs, indoor hot springs, and large hot spring pools. The surrounding natural environment is very good, and you can see the starry sky at night.
