We stayed 2 nights with a large group who had several rooms and the first night was fine. Second night we got back to our hotel to find that someone had puked all down the hallway on the 3rd floor with a majority of it directly in front of our room. It had been sitting for a while at this point as well, it was around 9:15 pm. We called down to the front desk as we were not able to get to our room without stepping in it and were told "we don't have housekeeping until tomorrow" to which we said that is unacceptable and it needed to be cleaned up as it is a biohazard and it stunk which was making our room stink. She attempted to clean it but still left a large majority of the bits and chunks. It was all there still at 9 am the next morning when we went down for breakfast. So we complained at the desk and the person there tried to argue that it was cleaned up......um nope, still can't get in and out of our room without stepping in it. She was quite rude and tried to say that if they had ran the carpet cleaner the night before, they would have had more complaints than just leaving it which is utter crap since about half of our group was ON THAT FLOOR AND ALL OF US WERE DISGUSTED!!! She then said she would send someone right up to clean it......someone finally showed up an hour later. The elderly gentleman in the room across from us had to drag their luggage through it to leave. Then refused to discount the room due to these issues because we booked through *******
