The pool was closed and they offered no discount or pool access with neighboring hotels. It’s a bit run down - lack of attention to detail. Many of the channels on the guide aren’t accessible - limited options for small children. When I came in, I was told the coffee wasn’t good and I should go to Waffle House instead. The vending machine was out of order. Not worth the $100+ we paid.

I am a frequent traveler and I know that the Hotel I stayed at was more than wonderful and as helpful as could be. I had a repetitive problem with the Website that has often caused me problems. I can’t say what the problems are even though I am well aware now more than ever. The Hotel was wonderful and I would stay there again!

Smelled of mold and mildew in room. A/C barely cooled the room. Elevator to upper floors smelled of rubber and outdated. 19inch Television for King sized room. Would not stay here again

The room was very clean and comfortable. The receptionist was very friendly. However, the hallway smelled terrible. Breakfast was not good. It was supposed to be until 10 am from the website and ended at 9 am every day. The fitness room only had one treadmill and a stationary bike with a few hand weights. My keycard stopped working and it was fixed without asking to see my id which was worrisome.

Don't stay here! Its worth it to pay more and stay at the Hampton. We were in town for a wedding and figured we just needed a clean place to stay, no frills was fine because we would not be in the room. But we did expect AC and a clean room!
Our first room had no AC when we returned at midnight. They did not want to give us another room because they were "full". Finally, after calling a manager they got us another room that was disgusting. The beds were clean, the bathroom appeared clean but it literally looked like someone threw coffee at the tv, wall and lamp! There was a hole in the wall that was unrepaired but at this point we were ready to sleep in preparation for the wedding the next day. NEVER will I stay here again!

Good stay overall. Really no big issues. Staff only got 3/5 because of the issues below. Friendly otherwise.
Had an issue with a pet charge. They said it was $30 USD on the phone, but they told me $40 USD when we arrived. I said I was told $30 USD so they told me they would discount it down for me. Seemed a bit unusual though.
Asked for extra pillows and they never arrived.
You get what you pay for. Not a bad stay but just keep what I said in mind.
