The lady at the front desk was very friendly. The Hotel and room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

This is quite possibly the dirtiest Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. As someone that frequently travels and exclusively stays with Hilton brands, this will be a no go in the future. The bedding on both beds was dirty and had hair on it, along with crumbs or food sitting on top. There was hair all over the floor in the bathroom and shower as if it hadn’t been cleaned. And no towels were supplied in the room. When we went to the desk to ask for towels, we were told the hotel was out of towels. I’m dumbfounded. When housekeeping finally did get us towels, they only had one towel, was most definitely not a hotel towel, and smelled. We had 5 people to share one towel.

Pool was closed without notice
Thermostat in room was hanging from wall and missing batteries, room was 64 degrees
Had to go get batteries from front desk and was told they knew about it but didn’t have any open rooms to switch. Later check in and the staff could only do what they could at the time.

Got a room at the last minute when traveling. Only complaint is that the lobby smelled like cigarette smoke mixed with chlorine.
Other than that our room is pretty clean. Bathroom is a bit depressing. Good room with plenty of room for the night is just what we needed
