Çok uzun yıllar önce Seyhan otelde stajer olarak çalışmıştım Ön büro’dan, mutfağa, yiyecek içecek departmanından housekeepinge kadar beni o kadar çok etkilemiştiki; mesleğimi seçmeme direk sebep oldular O dönemler başta Can bey, Abuzer bey, Cemal bey, Mustafa usta gibi büyük isimlerle çalışmıştım Yıllardır şehir dışında yaşıyorum ve iş sebebi ile 1 geceliğine Seyhanda kaldım Hem çok şaşırdım hem çok üzüldüm Otel resepsiyondan itibaren son derece ilgisiz, duyarsız ve daha kötüsü heryeri dökülüyor Gerçekten şaşırdım Hilton ve Sheraton burasının tüm müşterisini almakla kalmamış, büyüsünü de ne yazıkki götürmüş Üzgünüm

Ancak 4 yıldızı hak edecek bir otel bence, fotoğraflardaki gibi bir oda ile asla karşılaşmadım. Eşyalar çok eskiydi, kahvaltı çok yetersizdi. Duş paslanmıştı. Klima iyi çalışmıyordu. Çarşafta ve havluda lekeler vardı. Benim için hayal kırıklığı oldu açıkçası

3 gündür buradayız, hafta içi olmasına rağmen, iki gecesinde kına ve kutlama oldu, saat 12 ye kadar bangır bangır müzik, uyarmamiza rağmen ses kısılmadi. Uyuyabilmek için müziğin bitmesini beklemek zorunda kaldik
