Addis Chinese Hotel has a ceiling and complete facilities. You can basically meet all your needs without leaving home. The room type depends on the orientation and configuration. The facilities are relatively new. The hotel has all Chinese food. The restaurants on the first and second floors include private rooms. There is a Chinese spa and a gymnasium on the roof You can overlook the city of Addis, and there is a football field next to it to watch live games.

The hotel is a four-star hotel under the domestic Jinjiang Inn. The environment is really good. The service staff is very good. English is also good. There is a free pick-up service at the terminal t2 of the airport. It is highly recommended.

The location is good, opposite a small shopping mall and a 5-minute walk from the Orthodox Church. The service is friendly, the breakfast is rich and you can order cappuccino for free. There are also sports center, art gallery, massage... and other facilities. I am satisfied.

I really enjoyed the 2 days stayed in this hotel. Staff are very friendly, specifially the reception staff ms, Hana, Mr. Dawode and Hailemariyam. Hannah, was particularly acceptional! They are ready to answer your queries and are very supportive. The room and the entire environment is clean and nice breakfasts. BWP will always be my favourite hotel.

I stayed here for almost a month. First week experience was unfortunate as I had to do quarantine for 7 days and the room was uncomfortable. It wasn’t as clean as it could have been at all. The window had no light which made it very hard to work online, especially when you have meetings and daily video meetings. The room was very very cold and no heaters. Some of the lamps didn’t work either, the lightning could be improved. This affected my work The construction opposite the window was quite creepy as it stole all the natural light away and it looks quite scary. During the first week, I was told different information by different staff which was confusing. Unfortunately my COVID results were late, which had me ending up extending my stay for future two days. However the staff did apologise and the manager personally contacted me few times. After the quarantine, I was moved into a much better and cleaner room, which allowed me to work online with good natural light and amenities in the room. Overall the staff was friendly, I could see the chefs cooking with hygiene measures and everyone practiced food hygiene , washing hands etc. Suggestions : I had someone call me at midnight during my first 7 days to say the laundry was ready. It freaked me out as the timing is unacceptable to call a guest at that time. Perhaps better training should be in place. Once I wanted to have a drink in the restaurant/bar and the waiter told me I should drink in my room. Later I saw other people drink in the bar. They should communicate with each other or with the manager to see what’s allowed or not. Staff should communicate more with each other for better understanding so they can inform customers the same thing and not different. The staff should understand that sometimes If the customer feels distressed, you need to acknowledge that and not excuse it. Perhaps because of COVID the rest of the hotel amenities were closed as I was told the bar on 9th floor is closed, there is no spa, the jewellery and gift shop was shut, the gym was not accessible. The location is in perfect location in Bole, close to restaurants and cafes. There is Infiniti cafe right next to the hotel which is great. Overall, I do think the staff were friendly and helpful and tried to help when they could. Some of the staff were extra kind and really reassuring such as one the staff in front desk who helped me change to the new room and directed me to Edna mall and helped with transport etc. Some of the wait staff were really friendly and always asked how I was and how my day was which was sweet and kind. The hotel is safe and secure with security measures. The manager also checked in few times and personally dropped me off to the airport which was reassuring and kind of him. I am hoping to come back soon and I will stay here again when I return to Addis .

On May 24th, 2024. We planned to do our family wedding venue place in Check In Hotel. It really was a standout out for us of several wedding venues we went so far we found check in hotel to be one of the most incredible venue ever. The foods was very delicious, savory, heavenly and mouthwatering I have to give a big of applause to Chef Mesfin and Chef Teshome, they really did serve amazingly. They were fast and looking to the dishes that ran out but within a blink of an eye they rush to make everything full. Especially to chef Mesfin OMG wow..he was really well orientated about what we want for the food and he delivered them perfectly cooked and in a spectacular way with being careful. The venue hall is so big and lovely as well the bathroom are so clean and chic everything was so great. I would love to thank the waiters as well Tsion and Abebech for servicing our guests in such mannered way and shout out to Abel the F&B controller for being very attentive listener and on point even Alemshet as well though he is a bit stiff but I can understand why he also happens to be an excellent worker. And none of this wouldnt happen if it weren't for the fabulous Rahel Assefa the marketing manager. She made us felt like home and really really did show us moreover she actually gave us an idea of how we can run our plans with decor venue. She really did shine us through her magical works. So I really do recommend to stop going on the city to find a wedding venue and head straight to CHECK IN Hotel right to Rahel and book your venue there. It's a nice hotel, spacious rooms and great gym. A little out of the way but worth it.

Upon arriving the reception staff greeted me with smiles like a long lost family member. The appartment was amaizing, well designed with more than enough plug points and all the appliances you can think off, most I didn't even use. But the best part of the stay is not the amaizing food and drinks it was the friendliness of the staff, they made my 2 week stay feel like home and I am sad to leave. I will devinitely recommend this hotel, it is simply the best I've stayed in in Africa, and I've been to a lot! Wish there was 6 stars!

The best and safest hotel in the area. There is no one. The breakfast is good and the environment is also very good. The facilities of the resort are very good.

me and my family traveled to Addis Ababa back in July, This place was outstanding. It has everything you could want. juice bar ,coffee shop , fitness , jacuzzi , spa, traditional restaurant and more ... . We had the best time and were very sad to leave. The staff in this hotel were priceless ,friendly and made our vacation perfect specially SENAIT . We stayed for 20 days and can genuinely say that we arrived as guest and left as family. we can't wait to go back for our next vacation. thank you Hailu and Family
