Good location and service. But the facility is very old.

A blast from the past. Sure, overall the hotel is a little bit dated, but this only adds to the charm and makes it feel like a little piece of history. Staff is as well trained as you will find in Ethiopia, facilities are great (thermal heated pool!) and the setting is gorgeous.

Old but good looking hotel Classic Hotel

A terrible trip. I found an online reservation in Asmara before leaving for the airport. Unfortunately, we couldn't arrive due to the problem of the flight company. I couldn't cancel the two-day reservation, not even one day. What a terrible experience. Is this hotel going to go bankrupt? The other party's reason was also impeccable. Everyone should abide by the contract.

It's an old hotel, so you can't ask for too much. The overall experience is good, the environment is good, and the food is good. As a Hilton with history, it is very rare. There are many guests inside and the business reception is also good. I will stay here again next time, overall it is good.

Hotel for business meetings.

How should I put it, I booked a hotel for someone, with breakfast included, but when I went to have breakfast in the morning, I was told that there was no breakfast in the order. I have reported this to customer service, but to no avail so far. Everything else is fine
