Very good staff, friendly...good communication

It was very good to stay

The front desk's English is a bit poor, the room layout is a bit special, the breakfast is extremely unpalatable, the location is under the bridge, Google maps⬆️ is wrongly marked, there are two addresses.

The room is quite old. Although it can be seen that it was a good hotel in the past, the management is not keeping up now. The towels are already black and are still in use. Other places are also quite shabby. The location of the hotel is good

The hotel is not recommended! No humanity!! The most important thing for the hotel is money!!! Avoid at all costs!!! The people in Ethiopia are great!!! The hotel and its management - no humanity and cold!!!

Staffs are helpful and real professionals The comfort of bedis amusing. For my next trip I will back for long stay. Their price is surprising regarding to the service they deliver is special. One last thing I would like to say is the breakfast.

I stayed at Holiday Hotel from 22 to 29 December. The staff were phenomenal. Many amenities to include airport shuttle, free breakfast, room service, laundry service, and a wonderful restaurant and bar. The room was clean and had modern amenities. Bed was very comfortable. I was treated so well for my short time there. If someone wants to support small business while getting all of the perks of a chain hotel, I recommend Holiday Hotel.

The hotel is located about 15 minutes from the airport and although it seemed quite a drive to get there, the wait was worthwhile and the rooms were a pleasant surprise. Tasty food and great coffee. The WiFi is reliable and the rooms are spacious. I would definitely stay here again.
