The room was very clean and well kept. The staff was super friendly and responded very quickly whenever I had a question or need. The breakfast has a wide variety of options and was very tasty. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay near the city and have a great stay.

Fantastic hospitality. Luxurious rooms and great restaurant. The staff and management are professional and efficient. The hotel is very close to the airport in a beautiful part of the city of Addis Ababa. A traditional Ethiopian coffee service is available in the lobby.

Beautiful ambience, wonderful manager, great chef and the staff are friendly. The food is quiet tasty and the hotel is pocket friendly and good wifi speed, close to the airport. I found your hotel food very nice. I also found Maryamawit who is the lady at the front desk very professional and helpful. The rooms are clean . Please keep up the good work. Your chef comes to meet us as your clients and speaks to us to find out if we are happy with the food which I found to be very good. Please keep staff happy and reward them appropriately to retain them . I do not hesitate to recommend your facility to other international visitors .

I stayed here coming to Ethiopia for the first time - I have to say the service was INCREDIBLE! If you are thinking between this and another hotel CHOOSE THIS. The service is great - breakfast is great - internet was super fast - and the area is extremely walkable. The shuttle was also a huge plus. Can’t say enough good things

My room was large and clean. The only problem was that the air conditioner stopped working, but that was repaired within 20 minutes of letting the director know. Great breakfast buffet and I definitely recommend the massages! I will definitely stay here again.

The receptionist Lydia and waiter of restaurant Tegegn gave very good service. The General Manager is the best and his staff are very helpful.The bed was also super soft. The hotel's location is strategic as well. Highly recommended place to stay when in Addis.
