Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff is attentive. Not too far from the airport. I appreciated the delicious meals in the morning and the variety provided. Something for everyone. There is some construction outside so it can be noisy but the staff can not control this.

I came for a short stay for work, and I had a great time at Saro Maria Hotel. Staff are very warm and friendly, and are happy to help you. Beds are extremely comfortable and rooms have all the amenities you need. There is also a gym and spa if you have the time.

Great dinner with our Prayer Partners with dinner and great service and table settings with beautiful flowers and nice ambiance. The food was fresh and with good variation as well as quantity. The management of the hotel is very friendly and hospitable!

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's service and I greatly appreciate the dedication of the staff. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others. Additionally, I would like to suggest that the owners consider adding more amenities, such as a gaming center, football playground, swimming pool, etc.

I stayed here for a month as I was in Addis for work. Despite the initially humble appearance, it is incredibly comfortable and has everything I needed or wanted, including good food. Most of all the staff is incredibly hospitable and nice. Absolutely lovely people - I was sad to say goodbye

I enjoyed my stay and the hospitality. The reception staff especially Ruth and Meron made us feel so comfortable and at home. The neatness of my room, 706 is worth mentioning. I can't close off without mentioning the nice breakfast. The General Manager,s regular check of us will bring back to the hotel next time am in Addis

Very good stay. Large and comfortable room. The restaurant provides good breakfast, lunch and dinner. I was for a conference inside the Hotel. All the personnel was very gentle. Close to the airport and to all services. Recommended for a business stai in Addis Ababa.

We were blessed with excellent service by a waitperson named Tigist. She was attentive, friendly and helpful. In addition, the food (buffet) and outstanding. There was a nice variety of starters, salads, meats, vegetables, breads, and desserts. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Service is unmatched here everyone is so kind and patient! Delicious breakfast, great spa/sauna services, coffee options and perfect location in center of Bole, Addis Ababa. Rooms were clean, and I had a beautiful balcony that let in great sunlight
