Residence Inn Dallas Addison/Quorum Drive

Jay Jay which is gone now the gm left and took him. He knew coustomer service he should got the gm job,. Tammie is great bald guy on nights don't act like he wants to be there. T h e am Nicole is great but the new gm has absolute no coustomer service. It's quiet safe a large percent is booked by herzog they are mostly younger but very professional, I service cell towers for tmobil and was taking cancer treatment, I understand they have to make a profit but after the rude gm ran me off I stayed downtown and the canyon much nicer places and since ypurpart of my stay was due to cancer clinical trial they took that into account. Almost 35 dollars cheaper a night. Hospital staff ask for hotel reviews as well as the keep track of charges. Remember lot of patients have family come visit. I was lucky to have a great employer the covered what the charity for the clinical trial didn't. And my company has a corp rate i found out from t h e location downtown. Anyway the new gm needs to go back to coustomer service training especially for folks with status.

Nice for the most part, but my room had a sound from inside the wall that gave me a headache. It was relentless. I should have asked for a different room.

This hotel is showing its age, but is still a nice place to stay in Addison. Check-in was easy, the rooms are located in several buildings, so after checking in one has to repark the car closer to the proper entrance, and the rooms themselves are large and quiet. Breakfast was better than most of the competition. The bed was comfortable and there was lots of storage space. One issue is that the key cards didn’t always work well on the security doors in the parking lot to the building A lobby or on my room door and I had to play around with them to get them to open. Overall, this is an older property with a few rough spots due to age, but the staff was excellent, the breakfast was very good, it is well-located and I’d stay here again.

It was as a very comfortable stay. Very quiet. The staff was very polite and kind. The only complaint if any, we didn’t know where to put our trash so we had to set outside. It sat for a few hours for pick up. Very minor issue.

I have stayed here twice now and enjoyed it, clean cheap hotel nothing fancy but good when you need a place to lay your head at night and close to everything Addison has to offer.
