This was our sixth visit and Hotel Villa Maria and Suites never fails to disappoint. From beginning to end of the holiday there and everything in between is simply amazing. Reception staff/check in experience 10/10. Again we stayed in a one bedroomed villa which are wonderfully located and beautifully designed. Always peaceful and private with self catering facilities should you wish to utilise them, we choose not to as the resort of La Caletta offers a wide choice of interesting and varied restaurants with prices to suit all budgets. The villas are completely cleaned each day and housekeeping staff work extremely hard and always with a smile, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is included and this also is an experience in itself, a wide choice of cold breakfast items, hot cooked food and a fresh cooking station. Tea, coffee, juices available in abundance. The outdoor areas, pools, gardens etc are meticulously maintained and are attractive and pleasing to the eye.

We would like to thank all the staff at Hotel Suite VillaMaria in Tenerife for their excellent service and kindness. Our experience is fantastic, and we feel very comfortable here. Our villa is very spacious, and everything needed in place, cozy private garden with good outdoor furniture and beautiful views. The restaurants La Torre and Blue Oasis are great and the pools are also beautiful and good for relaxing there. Special greetings for outstanding service and kindness are to 🫶 Marianna and Giselle and (can't remember the name of) the head waiter at Blue Osasis as well as other staff at all the hotels restaurants, all great. Also, we send special greetings to our extremely fun and service-friendly guy at Lounge Bar Le Veanda for his service who makes crazy cocktails🥳, we recommend trying😊. And let's not forget all the wonderful staff, the guys who took us to and from Los Lagos golf course to play golf from our villa. Our wonderful vacation will end soon, and the occasion here was also to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary which was in November🥰. We are here for the second time this year, the former time was in January and February and we will definitely come back in the next coming years. Thank you 🥰

Sinds 9 jaar bezoeken wij VM in november en/ of februari. Dat is niet voor niets. Prima service bij receptie en bediening. Goed verzorgd ontbijt, superschone villa's, aardig personeel, die ook tijd voor je nemen. Mooi verzorgd park. Ligging is rustig op loopafstand van la Caleta en binnen 5 minuten op 1 van de 5 golfbanen in de buurt. Kortom we komen terug.

We had a three bedroom villa for a family of three, and were more than satisfied with our stay. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. In addition, both breakfast and dinner consisted of various options and the food was delicious. The entire hotel area was also kept very clean and the level of tidiness was all in all well taken care off. We can truly recommed this hotel and hope to go back soon!

Lovely well positioned hotel with accommodation in suites all with a good size outdoor space. Staff are exceptional and the best I have experienced of anywhere I have stayed. I must give a special mention to the food & beverage team particularly Raffy, Laura, Angie & Sabrina who all went the extra mile. Can’t wait to go back.

Nous avons séjorné pendant 9 nuits dans une villa avec deux chambres, l'endroit est parfait, proche de la Caleta (au bord de la mer, pleins des restos), les villas sont très comfortables (mais pas tout à fait récentes) avec une vue magnifique. Tout le personnel est très agréable, il y a deux grandes piscines chauffées et un pataugoire pour les tout petits. Le petit déjeuner est très varié. L'hôtel est très propre. Une mauvauise expérience tout de même: Le dernier jour, nous avons été empêchés d'utiliser la piscine à cause d'une fête de mariage qui a eu lieu à l'hôtel. Personne ne nous a prévenu lors de la réservation. Puis, bien évidemment, nous avons pas pu dormir à cause du bruit de la fête. Nous avons demandé de parler à quelqu'un du management, aucun retour, aucune excuse. Cette attitude est inacceptable pour l'hôtel qui se dit 5 étoiles. La moindre des choses serait de nous rembourser la dernière nuit, qui s'est transformée en cauchemar. Un autre point négatif pour les familles avec les enfants: Le mini club était ouvert que certains jours ( de 10h à 14h) et la personne au mini club n'avait pas trop l'air d'être ravie de s'occuper des enfants.. Si le mini club est un critère, je déconseille alors cet hôtel. Une partie des équipement de la plaine de jeux ont été cassés et pas utilisables (pendant tout notre séjour).

incredible! Our week exceeded our expectations by a wide margin. All the staff were absolutely fantastic. The breakfast was delicious. The villas are of the highest standard and the cleaning is top class! the pool was warm and large. The children could play safely and stay warm! Highly recommend Villa Maria!

Booked Hotel Suites Villa Maria for our honeymoon and we were not disappointed. Beautiful location and wonderful accommodation overlooking both mountains and La Caleta coastline. Food and service was superb and the staff could not be attentive enough to make our stay a wonderful experience, with a special mention to Sabrina, for looking after us at Breakfast, and to Jooel in the hotels roof top bar (beautiful bar well worth a visit) for the keeping us supplied with the best expresso martinis.

Everything here is just 5 stars. The checking in was brilliant - a glass of cava to start. The villa was superb - rooms extremely big - bigger than almost all I have stayed in. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the staff cleaned it every day to a very high standard. The massage pool was superb. The breakfast was top notch - excellent range of choices and all really good quality. The staff here are exceptional at what they do - friendly and approachable. If you stay here - you will have a memorable experience!
