Очень долго выбирала отель для отдыха, чтобы понравилось мне и сыновьям : 12 и 20 лет. И не пожалела. Высота 960: когда внизу жарко , здесь освежает, безусловно один из критериев -бассейн на улице, завтрак шведский стол:разнообразный , все вкусно, шампанское , вино на выбор . Сам отель чистенький, персонал приветливый. За ночной жизнью ездили на Поляну 540, совсем не внапряг- до 23:00 работает канатка , после ездит автобус по расписанию до отеля или такси 200-300 рублей.

Очень довольным отдыхом в этом отеле . 100% соотношение цена=качество и даже больше . Севрис на высщем уровне ,персоонал очень приветливый и всегда готов помочь ,любая просьба всегда решалась за минуту . Шикарные завтраки,очень разнообразные. Идеальное и удобное расположение отеля с выходом сразу на гору для катания . Спасибо за такой тёплый приём,обязательно ещё вернёмся .

Отдыхаем в Отеле Новотель в пятый раз с 2017 года и каждый раз восторг от самого отеля и отдыха! 1. Очень удобное расположение канатной дороги, так как отель находится на первой линии, то подняться можно, как вверх по катать, так и вниз погулять. 2. Всегда чистые и уютные номера, крайний раз у нас был номер с видом на бассейн ( просто сказка - зимняя). 3. Очень вежливый персонал ( новый - после ремонта отеля - одна молодёжь работает) все очень классные, приветливые ребята! 4. И конечно же отдельная благодарность Шефу и его команде, за потрясающие завтраки и саму кухню в целом! Профессионалы.... 4 дня в сказки, где есть всё и спа и бассейн и горы - трассы! Люблю вас всех до новых встреч!!!

Новотель как всегда на высоте!!!!! Приезжали на выходные, очень понравилось, бассейн и джакузи на высоте) расположение супер!!!!!! Обрадовал бесплатный спуск и подьем до Отеля . Номера просторные, завтраки вкусные, разнообразные. Наша лучшая локация в Сочи)

Приятный отель. Находится на уровне 960, в 5 минутах ходьбы до главной канатной дороги курорта. Единственный отель ски-ин/ски-аут на курорте. Номера супериор с видом на бассейн. Канатка с 540 включена в проживание, ски-пасс для них - это ключ от номера. Подогреваемый открытый бассейн. Чаши с джакузи. Отличный спа на трех уровнях - 4, 5 и 6 этажи! Сауна и паровая баня бесплатно. Летом бесплатный трансфер до пляжа, запись на ресепшен. Шезлонги, зонтики и полотенца бесплатно. Тренажерный зал с видом на горы! Бесплатная парковка на Поляне 960. В отеле рядом с горнолыжной комнатой в зимний сезон работает апре-ски-бар, а при заезде в лобби отеля гостям подают приветственный напиток.

Понравилось все до мелочей. Нужен был отель 5 звёзд СПА который недалеко от канатной дороги . При бронировании никаких проблем и сюрпризов не возникло. Администратор оперативно связалась, уточнила пожелания и забронировала номер, оговорив дополнительные услуги . Немного переживал за ранний заезд, как гладко пройдет заселение. Также никаких проблем, причем приехали за мной на электрокаре занесли мой багаж в отель потом в номер.При заселении максимально быстро все оформили и проводили меня в номер с багажом. Все доходчиво объяснили о распорядке дня в отеле, когда завтрак как работает СПА. Номер чистый, полная комплектация. Работающий кондиционер, телевизор и вид из окна на елочки и горы. Очень тихо, что способствует прекрасному сну и отдыху. Внимательный персонал как среди администраторов, так и среди горничных. Интересовались, все ли хорошо, не закончилась вода или чай? В сан узле все есть? Это называется человеческое отношение. Поужинали мы р в ресторане отеля и не прогадали Традиционная кухня с приемлемой ценой за блюда. От добра добра не ищут, никакого смысла бегать по городу с проблемой поесть не было. Если в очередной раз буду в Красной поляне проблемы выбора отеля уже не будет. Если вам необходим комфорт, высокий уровень сервиса, внимательное отношение к постояльцам это толькоНовоотель СПА. Хочу выразить благодарность всему персоналу отеля. Успехов вам и процветания!

Не раз останавливался в этом отеле в разные годы, но теперь он меня дополнительно порадовал - достроили новую большую спа-зону с бассейном и ваннами, и там оказалось очень комфортно и приятно. Но по порядку: отель всегда располагался в прекрасном месте (Горки-город), и из многих номеров открывается воистину волшебный вид на Главный Кавказский хребет. Номера отлично укомплектованы, спать приятно, просыпаться с таким видом - легко. Завтраки вполне неплохие, и есть рестораны для прочего времени. Есть удобная парковка, персонал толковый и в меру предупредительный. Несомненно, приеду ещё.
