At the close neighborhood of the Abbey, traditional,kind hotel with comfortable and clean rooms, bar and restaurant with delicious food. The staff is friendly and welcoming, kind dedicated, doing their jobs with passion. Our time here absolutely was perfect :) Thanks for everything!

Waiting for hours to receive nothing. This is die traube. When I expressed my disapproval, the head waiter, an old and unpleasant gentleman, responded rudely and racistly to me because I was Italian. The evening was a continuous embarrassment of people who sat down and then stood up annoyed.

Not too small, very clean room with 2 beds. Friendly, clean bathroom with modern shower cubicle. Very extensive breakfast buffet, traditional dishes and sweets in the restaurant. We were satisfied.

I stayed in this hotel for one night and then visited the nearby Admont Abbey and its famous library. The staff was very kind and helpful, good breakfast with hot food such as eggs or bacon. The price is a little high but unfortunately there are not many alternatives in the area. The rooms are clean and quiet.

So, I took a chance and booked this hotel despite the salty reviews (proximity!) and I’m so glad I did! I don’t know what happened to those reviewers but my stay has been marked with kindness and attention. Breakfast is all fresh cappuccinos and offers to make eggs, omelettes, or sausages. Any questions I’ve had about the area have been answered with attention and kindness. Every time I enter or leave there is smile ready for me. The hotel restaurant is tasty, I ate there twice and both times I was satisfied. Also, Admont is a little sleepy so don’t underestimate the fact that the hotel restaurant is almost always open for food and beer. I’ve enjoyed my stay!

We booked to stay here, we said we were going to arrive an hour after the 8pm check and agreed to pay the extra €30 for the late check in. We traveled 45 mins off the main motorway on our journey from the red bull racing circuit back to England but we we arrived we rang the bell a man approached the door, opened the door, looked at his watch which have said bang on 9pm which was the agreed time of arrival for the extra money we paid and he bluntly with explanation closed the door in face and walked away leaving us standing there!!!!! We are all professional in our careers and looked very respectable so we could only think the reason was that two of the party were darker skinned and the hotel owner found this offensive and didn’t want people like that staying in his hotel. This left us no choice but to sleep in the our car over night, cold , uncomfortable and extremely tired the following day to cover the rest of our 800 Mile journey
