The hotel is very nice, the service, the attention of the staff, the worst thing is that being such a large and prestigious hotel, it seems incredible that it does not have wifi in its rooms, I needed to do some work and I had to stay until dawn in front of reception, where at certain times they turned off all the lights, it was the worst part of my trip to Morocco and staying in several hotels, they do not have internet access, I was in room 2722 and it was horrible

Terrible experience. I payed quite a lot for a filthy room . They gave me an old room at the check-in, I went to my room and I got stuck in and I got a claustrophobic attack , they changed my room with a room provided of electronic key card , the room was smelly, strong smell of cigarettes, and soooooo dirty . I couldn’t sleep till 23.35 as they had a party at the bar with ridiculously high music , so loud that also the reception said they couldn’t hear anything due to the music being too loud. I slept 1h 30 min in total as I had an early departure , I didn’t eat the breakfast included but I told them in advance I only wanted to sleep and that didn’t happened. I’m gonna repeat it again very filthy room very dirty

The hotel was very beautiful it was my first time here the best part was the animation. Very nice people and always there to make your stay th en most enjoyable, the food was very good especially thursday night the cooks make a moroccan buffet, Best food ever

I have been welcome with great smiles, got helped since checked in till I have checked out and been taken care all the time. All the staff from reception, restaurant, cleaning, pool, to entertainment team were always very helpful. The entertainment team was great all the time, kept having amazing time with them and never felt left out. They have engaged in all the games and had great experience with learning some dance moves in the evening time. Great thanks to The chef of the team for organizing and his assistants with keeping up with everything! Crazy times with The chef, Crazy ToTo, Jaguar and the rest! Will for sure come back for more great times!

We have just returned from a week at this absolutely fantastic hotel! Ignore any bad reviews! Everyone is so incredibly friendly and happy and smiley! Nothing is too much trouble. We stayed B&B and the food was fine, we had lunch at the hotel a couple of times and it was brilliant, attentive and very friendly waiting staff. The bar in the evening was lovely. We also ate in the seafood restaurant which was lovely. The room was large and comfortable with plenty of sockets and a fridge. The little shop was handy but there are so many shops and restaurants around too. The entertainment team are hilarious and, even though it’s not necessarily our thing they still included us! We would definitely return… 10/10 Thank you ☺️
