The hotel staff was very friendly and assisted with every request. The hotel is massive and reminded me of a resort; lots to do, and great for your business trip if you need high-speed internet and room service. The room was above expectation, with a large balcony, overlooking the garden and ocean - Just amazing! The majority of the hotel staff knew English which made things much easier! I will be back.

I booked a sea view room and was given a house on the first floor with no view of the sea. After waiting for an hour, I was given a house that was still under construction. The next day, I waited a whole day to adjust the room again. The restaurant spa is super expensive.

Very nice hotel, top location. Some work in progress around damage. But overall I highly recommend!
