Professional, polite and very caring and willing to help.
Need a taxi to get to the main promenade, or it’s about 45-60mins walk along the beach.
Exceptionally clean!
Great buffet breakfast
Lots of seating, private and open
Heated outdoor pool, but not warm enough
Welcome and checkout was easy
Housekeeping staff are AMAZING

The hotel staff was very friendly and assisted with every request. The hotel is massive and reminded me of a resort; lots to do, and great for your business trip if you need high-speed internet and room service. The room was above expectation, with a large balcony, overlooking the garden and ocean - Just amazing! The majority of the hotel staff knew English which made things much easier! I will be back.

I booked a sea view room and was given a house on the first floor with no view of the sea. After waiting for an hour, I was given a house that was still under construction. The next day, I waited a whole day to adjust the room again. The restaurant spa is super expensive.
