This is a lovely hotel. Not far from the beach, bus station within a short walk. Nice staff and good food. My room was very nice. I would recommend it.

I had such a horrendous experience with the hotel! The images looked nothing like the room they put us in!! It was soo dirty and dated, no smoke alarm, deam flies everywhere and so on…Upon contacting trip.com they told me that it was up to the hotel to sort this, i wanted a refund to sort out another accommodation but trip could not help me at all and rather pushed me back on the hotel! I am disgusted and this ruined my holiday!!! They then changed my room which was a little better but still didnt look like the rooms in pictures! Sink and toilet blocked which caused smell! Avoid this hotel!! The higher you go on floors the better rooms, we started on 1 then moved to 2. Manager was sooo rude and told us to stick it!!

The hotel is well located but is very poorly maintained, as shown in the photos. It is always full. I don't understand why they don't invest in making some necessary changes. In the room, the TV was only in Arabic, although in our room the audio system didn't even work. The air conditioning was good, but the temperature could not be adjusted to 20 degrees and it was noisy, which didn't bother me because it worked so I couldn't hear the outside noise. The water pressure was very weak, the bathtub was old, and the tiles in some parts were missing material and in others they were made of yellowish silicone that looked dirty. The bathroom door was stained, but not because of lack of cleaning, but because it was old and stained, just like other furniture The breakfast was poor, the fruit was always very green and hard, there were only pastries, nothing typical of Morocco, which is what one expects when one is in a country like Morocco, in addition to having flies flying over the fresh products The food, the salads were good, the rest was more of the same, there was not even a tagine, nothing typical, given how good the food is in Morocco The staff at the pool is worth mentioning, both the waiter and waitresses who made hamburgers and tacos, as well as the staff who made crepes. The superior room is old and the bathroom is moldy. But the sea view room is not much better. The swimming pool is big. The breakfast is average. The milk is diluted with too much water. The thin madam at the front desk is very enthusiastic and efficient.

At check-in we got a room with an old-fashioned television, the room did not look good, then we got another room with a smart TV a bit better, but we could not watch TV because the cable was broken, technical service could not fix it luckily I had my own iptv with me with remote control, solved it myself, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast I have today is very good. Had booked for 2 days, with the first booking I would book including breakfast that went wrong, so I had to have breakfast outside somewhere, today so breakfast included, I also paid double I hope I get the overpaid amount back. It is nice swimming pools for adults and children, you have to go to the pool early otherwise you do not have a sunbed, they are all occupied. I thought the stay was okay.
