Visited once and loved it so much I went back.
The biggest advantage is that all the staff are friendly and there is a lot of space to use comfortably.
The hotel is not big, but I liked that it had everything and there were not many people.
The breakfast was good, and most of all, I liked that you can park right next to the hotel.
If there is one thing that is disappointing, the wifi does not work well. This doesn't go well with any hotel in Morocco.
There are many cases where it doesn't work at all, so I think it needs improvement later.

The hotel has all the services very carefully and the rooms are very good, they are quite spacious.
The treatment of the staff is very attentive, they take care of you perfectly.
What we liked least is that the doors of the rooms are very heavy and when they were closed they hit a lot, so much so that the doors of the room neighbors woke you up.
Our room did not have a separate shower but rather an open shower in the middle of the bathroom and all the water was lost.
The breakfast was not bad, but little variety. For a few days very well, but if you have to be more than 2-3 it will be monotonous.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Nice, clean, and quiet hotel. The staff are extremely friendly! The hotel is a 5 min walk from the beach but there isn't any shops or restaurants nearby but taxi services are always available. The hotel is well known and 10/10 for our stay.

I was amongst a family group of 9 and we had the most amazing time here. The hotel is spotless and we loved everything about it including the spa treatments/massages. We also had several excursions that we booked through the hotel which were great and reasonably priced. The staff are all brilliant and so friendly especially the receptionist (I believe her name is Iman). Agadir is a lovely place and the hotel is only a few minutes walk from the beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel

We stayed for a week at the start of June for my dad’s 70th birthday, and had two rooms near reception, on the ground floor as requested. Rooms were massive, really clean, big balconies, free safe, good lighting, TV etc. Reception kindly decorated my dad’s room on his birthday and he had a fruit basket - thank you! Lovely pool area, bar & restaurant, plus the resident pool cat. The kittens out the front that the security guys were looking after were absolutely amazing! The staff could not have done enough for us (including the lady in La Tienda pulling out all the stops trying to find us a food Indian restaurant). This was our 3rd time to Agadir, and we’ve stayed beachfront at the Iberostar both times previously, but the Timoulay is so much calmer. Agadir is just such a lovely place and the people are so kind. Thank you for looking after us ☺️

Very impressed with Timoulay & Spa Hotel. First impression was when we arrived at the reception desk a young lady called Imane greeted us, she spoke very good English and very informative. Imane continued to be are go to person throughout are stay, she was always happy to help with a broad smile! The hotel does have a security person who again was very helpful. Room was very nice, excellent shower, very clean and large balcony area.
