The front desk took a long time to confirm the order. The restaurant is open 24 hours a day, the mini bar is free, you can go directly to the sea, and there are N swimming pools when you come back. The doorman and security are good. The location is a bit off the traditional beach, but it's okay, it's worth the price, and there are too many people.

nothing to say.. if you want to escape for a week-end, this place is perfect for you to feel cut off from the world and recharge your batteries 100%..
everything is done to keep you busy inside the hotel, entertainment, evenings etc. you have everything at your disposal, games, tennis, badminton, mini golf… a treat

Very nice staff
Beautiful swimming pools and impeccable swimming pool equipment (relaxation, parasols… of very good quality)
Impeccable hygiene at the restaurant level
Diverse and abundant dishes despite some minor comments on the quality of cooking
Negative
Good location but less good compared to other hotels in taghazoute bay (noise all day and evening emanating from the public square and the souk next to the hotel, crowded beach in front of the hotel…)
Absence of a private beach for hotel residents like other hotels in Taghazoute Bay
The most disturbing point in the stay is the smell of mold in the bedroom and the bathroom which, despite our report and the intervention of the staff, remained throughout the stay
Daytime entertainment not great with little music by the pool during the day (almost inaudible in some places and cut off very early in the day around 4:30 p.m.)
Evening entertainment to improve (too boring and repetitive)
Room towels to change (not at the level of a 5-star hotel, almost all damaged)
