Agadir-Ida-Ou Tanane Province
This resort will surpass any expectations. The resort is beautiful,  incredibly comfortable, and spotless . The varied choice of food is perfectly cooked with amazing attention to detail....... and this is not even the best part!  The staff are absolutely incredible in every way! We went for a relaxing lazy holiday for 7 nights but this holiday will stay with us for a long time! We arrived late at night,  the following day the weather was not its best so we took advantage of the Hammam, massage and jacuzzi package.  This experience is highly recommended. The spa staff are professional,  thorough, and will make you feel incredible. We were spoilt for choice in the restaurant,  the staff are so attentive and will happily help in any way they can to make you feel special. Remember the lazy weekend we wanted? I opted to join in on the yoga classes, aqua aerobics,  darts,  crazy golf,  arabic lessons, and managed to catch the majority of the Tagine demonstration ( she managed to join in for the full demonstration ), which incidently tasted perfect. We skipped the dance lessons but still attended to watch. There is plenty to do here and still plenty of time to relax. The staff make time for you, and this makes the holiday so  special and unique. They are no longer seen as staff but as very dear friends who we will miss dearly, which is why we are booking our next holiday here.  A special thank you to Lahcen, Rachid, Hamza, Ayoub, Hisham, Rachid, Otmane, Abdullah, and Mehdi.  In fact, a special thank you to you all!

First visit to agadir loved it,ĺ but the only down fall was the hotel, when you first enter it is beautiful , the pool area & garden area again very stunning, but when we were taken to our room it was horrendous, the toilets smelled & were dirty, the bedding had blood stains on it, we were given a room that we hadn't booked. We'd paid extra for a sea view room and we weren't given that, when we did go to treception to enquire why, they said there was no availability depite us booking over 6 months in advance, the room should have been reserved for our stay. We requested to be moved straight away & to be told no rooms are available, we argued that we had booked the holiday Feb so our room should have been available. The reception staff abdul mutalib, was rude & not very helpfull there seemed to be smirk on his face when we approached him about our room as though he knew we would be complaining Luckily the love holiday rep Nurruddin was available whom was very nice, honest and really accomodating throughout our trip, he advised us to spk to khadija in the morning who will change our room, to which she did, khadija was very nice and looked after us. The rooms are outdated & need re decorating, the bathroom continuously smell &, the cleaning is not up to standard there are stains on the bathroom tiles & walls. The cleaners dont clean very well just change towels, mop floor & change toilet rolls, the whole week the toilet, sink or bath had not been cleaned, i had to clean the sink, mirror & shower area myself. The food was not very appetising & not much variety everyday there was the same salads, spaghetti bolegnase, rice, chicken or beef on alternate days. not much available for children. Despite the disappointment of having to change my room twice in one week, we had a lovely time in agadir, it is a shame the hotel ruined aspects of our holiday. For a hotel in the prime location, their standards are very low. Thank you to the love holidays staff for helping us out.

Hilton Taghazout Bay Beach Resort & Spa

Taghazout|0.62km from Tazegzout Golf
This is by far the oddest hotel experience of my life. The Hilton Tagazhoute is by far the nicest Hilton I've ever not stayed in, or certainly not completed a stay in. We had rented a lovely apartment almost next to the hotel and every day we went to either the beautiful Calypso club or the main hotel restaurants. Looking back through my credit card statement it was three lunches, one amazing dinner and three 'just for drinks & snacks' visits. We'd made friends with the staff, my son had been invited to surf with the waiters and we'd been treated like friends by everyone. As a treat for my last night I decided to book a room using some Hilton points. The idea was to enjoy the hotel properly and enjoy the room for a comfortable nights sleep. All going to plan and the hotel welcomed me even at 12.30...a bit cheeky, but I was genuinely excited to make the most of it. My room was amazing, sea view, super comfy bed and to top it all I was invited to a buffet on the terrace by the team. It started to go super weird about 2 hrs later when my son (who had been in the hotel 4-5 times already) came through the beach entrance and was pursued by a pretty grumpy looking security guard. He gesticulated and shouted that we must leave as we weren't guests and couldn't use the pool. An understandable mistake and it was easily rectified when I showed him my room key. All calm again. We went up to my room and at five o'clock we were treated to complimentary drinks in the bar, so far so amazing. We went out for dinner about a mile away and at some point I recall hearing some pretty loud music. I was hoping it was nowhere near the hotel but on arriving back it was obvious it was in the hotel grounds, full club music, light show, dancing. For additional context the Hilton is not a beach club vibe hotel and with average rates of over $250 a night not likely to attract a beach club crowd. We had some drinks hoping that as advertised the club would close at 11pm. By 11.30 it had only become louder and I knew I wasn't going get any sleep. At this stage I asked my son to wait whilst I grabbed my case. At this point the same security guard ran across the hotel lobby shouting at us to 'go to reception, go to reception' not entirely sure why. I packed my case and by the time I'd made it to reception there were 2 other guests complaining about the music. They were offered rooms on the other side of the hotel not overlooking Calypso where the music was coming from. It's now well after midnight and when I asked to check out I was told I couldn't and must either pay or get a different room. A bit of a stand off ensued with a further 2 guests joining the queue to complain. Finally my room was refunded and I had to walk back in the dark to our apartment, where, yes, ironically I could still hear the music! This has to be the oddest experience of my numerous Hilton stays. Still no idea what had rattled the security guard so much that he was so hostile

New Farah Hotel

Duration of the stay: 7 nights with 3 children aged 8, 12 and 16 years. When arrived, electricity depth from 14h to 21h, with children .... not obvious. The hotel is mineful, vetuous. The food is very small (cuscous in the morning, midnight and evening..ah sometimes it is tajine) ... No Buffet. The hotel has a fast food in front of the hotel, our rescue is only positive, the rooms are cleaned well, the cleaning staff is welcome and laughing. The pool (instead a big jacuzzi) is simply dirty: it's a bad in troubled water, a horror. You can't see the bottom. They try cleaning every morning, it would take months of sanitation to see the bottom .... We are shocked. The shower is running out of all. The hotel is very noisy and very good. It is a hotel for those who wouldn't have found anything else. Even the rooms don't stop there. After having discussed with some, they stay only one night. We don't rest. We're extremely tired. Our trip is the worst. Extremely disappointed.

On entry of the room, I just felt the cleanliness was subpar. There were stains on the floor of the bathroom - it just didn't seem to be hotel quality cleanliness. Otherwise it was a good room with a fridge and flat screen TV. I used to smell cigarette smoke in my room and wondered where it was coming from - I realised it was coming from the room next door through a door connecting the rooms as the lady there was smoking. Breakfast was a buffet with a range of cooked foods such as fried eggs, doughnuts, Moroccan pancakes and Moroccan soups as well as cold dishes such as yoghurt, pastries, salad. There was also a coffee/hot chocolate machine. Some aspects of the breakfast were good such as doughnuts and Moroccan pancakes but I found eggs under seasoned. The plates sometimes looked dirty with specks on them and stains. At night there was entertainment organised by the hotel in the centre of the hotel (singing through a microphone and dancing). The problem is that hotel is a massive circle with all the rooms basically facing a central space. This was where the loud entertainment was. On my first night, there was still music till at around 11pm. I felt this was unacceptable. Overall the hotel seems like a place with lots of potential, it's a shame that staff have let things slip in certain areas such as cleanliness and noise.

Robinson Agadir - All Inclusive
4.4/571 Reviews
The perfect family vacation at the Robinson's resort in Agadir. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The location: is absolutely perfect! Away from the hustle and bustle of city but still not far from all the landmarks, restaurants, gardens and shops of agadir bay. This resort is like an oasis in the middle of a dessert. Once you step inside there are tons of palm trees…it’s very green and beautiful. The all inclusive resort offers: The amenities: include adult AND family pools, kids club, teens club, tennis court, football field, pingpong tables, fitness center with cardio AND weight room plus a beautiful majestic spa. We used all of the amenities while here. Perfect for families because it has a bit of everything no matter what age. The food: is super good! The buffets presented different cuisines from all around the world, the resort offers themed days where they would organize everyday with a different country theme That includes cuisine/drinks and a show/party at the end of the day. The only remark that is related to the restaurant is the excess presence of mosquitos in the breakfast/dinner space when sitting in the outside tables that have a view on the pool. The rooms: do not disappoint. We stayed in the room 1015. The layout is spacious and the room itself is gorgeous! Great location for a family because it’s next to kid’s club and family pool. The beach was outside the lunch area where they offered spacious and comfortable areas with nooks and hammocks, the beach itself is semi private, very safe space especially for kids as it has no currents and you cant easily reach the part where water levels become dangerous. I dont really want to forget mentioning how clean this resort is. It definitely has elevated my standards. My fav part: THE SERVICE! They deserve 10/10! Top Notch Service! The absolute BEST! All staff members have been SO nice, cheerful, considerate, helpful and make you feel like royalty. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
